P\u00ebr mua si vlonjat, por me origjin\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb nga kalaja e Beratit, \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe m\u00eb e ndjer\u00eb kjo gjetje e Sokolit, teksa na rr\u00ebfen se shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb l\u00ebvizur vazhdimisht brenda trojeve t\u00eb tyre, kan\u00eb shkuar dhe kan\u00eb ardhur p\u00ebr arsye e shkaqe nga m\u00eb ndryshmet, nisur, edhe nga motive t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes s\u00eb lir\u00eb brenda \u201csht\u00ebpis\u00eb\u201d son\u00eb, por edhe p\u00ebr shkaqe t\u00eb tjera sociale, shtet\u00ebrore, politike, apo dhe shkaqe t\u00eb detyruara nga konflikte q\u00eb kan\u00eb lindur historikisht apo vijojn\u00eb t\u00eb lindin n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb njer\u00ebzore. Nd\u00ebrkaq, duke lexuar k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr, ndjejm\u00eb sesa t\u00eb af\u00ebrt jemi ne shqiptar\u00ebt me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, kemi lidhje gjaku mes nesh nga nj\u00ebri skaj n\u00eb tjetrin t\u00eb trojeve tona, jemi Nj\u00eb, si n\u00eb Veri-Jug, n\u00eb Lindje-Per\u00ebndim, n\u00eb \u00e7do skaj t\u00eb trojeve shqiptare. Ai shkruan se fshati Ku\u00e7 i Lab\u00ebris\u00eb \u00a0\u00ebsht\u00eb fshati m\u00eb i madh i krahin\u00ebs s\u00eb Kurveleshit, si nga sip\u00ebrfaqja ashtu edhe nga popullsia, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb ai rrethohet edhe nga shum\u00eb fshatra t\u00eb tjer\u00eb me em\u00ebr t\u00eb asaj treve labe dhe q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb krahin\u00ebn labe t\u00eb Kurveleshit. K\u00ebshtu autori na prezanton me Mehmetin, djal\u00eb afro n\u00eb nj\u00eb mosh\u00eb me Temen, t\u00eb cilin Temja e konsideronte si v\u00eblla,\u00a0 e ndihmonte dhe i gjendej vazhdimisht pran\u00eb n\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi dhe momente t\u00eb jet\u00ebs. Por, me kalimin e koh\u00ebs, apo edhe i shtyr\u00eb nga t\u00eb huajte pushtues, te Mehmeti nisi t\u00eb zinte vend urrejtja p\u00ebr shokun dhe bashk\u00ebfshatarin e tij Temen; tek Mehmetii zuri vend ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht zilia dhe smira e eg\u00ebr ndaj shokut t\u00eb tij. Kjo zili dhe smir\u00eb rritej tek Mehmeti kur ai shikonte lumturin\u00eb e familjes s\u00eb Temes dhe Elen\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, natyrsh\u00ebm prisnin edhe f\u00ebmij\u00eb. E, pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb kuvendi, Mehmeti shfreu urrejtjen dhe smir\u00ebn e tij duke e goditur me arm\u00eb Temen dhe duke e vrar\u00eb. Gj\u00ebma ra n\u00eb fshat. Nj\u00eb dram\u00eb e madhe u krijua n\u00eb familjen e Temes, por edhe n\u00eb fshat.
