Ve\u00e7enarisht p\u00ebr identitetin komb\u00ebtar \u00ebsht\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi arsimimi n\u00eb shkolla fillore<br \/>\ndhe ato t\u00eb mesme. Sikurse \u00ebsht\u00eb e njohur, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Principat\u00ebs s\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi dhe t\u00eb<br \/>\nJugosllavis\u00eb s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb hapura nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i shkollave n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn joamtare n\u00eb viset ku<br \/>\nkan\u00eb jetuar shqiptar\u00ebt. Shkollat, pra, kan\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn sllave dhe si t\u00eb tilla kan\u00eb ndikuar<br \/>\nnegativisht dhe kan\u00eb qen\u00eb faktor i asimilimit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. Pas luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore 1945,<br \/>\nsituata do t\u00eb dryshoj\u00eb duksh\u00ebm. Sistemi i ri socialist ka hapur shkolla shqipe n\u00eb zonat e banuara<br \/>\nme shqiptar\u00eb. Mirpo, arsimimi shqip ka qen\u00eb i varur nga rrjellat politike t\u00eb koh\u00ebs. Kur erdhi deri<br \/>\nte mosmarr\u00ebveshja, respektivisht konflikti Tito-Stalin dhe miratimi i Rezolut\u00ebs s\u00eb Informbiros\u00eb<br \/>\nn\u00eb vitin 1948, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn d\u00ebnohet udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsia jugosllave n\u00eb krye me Titon, gjoja p\u00ebr trathti<br \/>\nndaj politik\u00ebs t\u00eb Bashkimit sovjetik dhe blokut socialist, m\u00eb pas, Republika Popullore e<br \/>\nShqip\u00ebris\u00eb i nd\u00ebrpreu marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet diplomatike me Jugosllavi dhe p\u00ebrkrahi politik\u00ebn staliniste.<br \/>\nMir\u00ebpo, n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, kjo ndikoi n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb negative n\u00eb raportin e udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsis\u00eb jugosllave<br \/>\nndaj shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Jugosllavi, pra dhe tek shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi. N\u00eb lidhje me at\u00eb, Mehmet<br \/>\nKraja, Kryetari i Akademis\u00eb s\u00eb Shkencave dhe Arteve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjerat thekson: \u201cViti<br \/>\n1948 do t\u2019i jap\u00eb goditjen e par\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs shqipe, sepse nd\u00ebrprerja e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve me<br \/>\nShqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, si n\u00eb shum\u00eb plane t\u00eb tjera, do t\u2019i l\u00ebr\u00eb pezull shqiptar\u00ebt e Malit t\u00eb Zi. Do t\u00eb jet\u00eb mesi<br \/>\ni viteve pes\u00ebdhjet\u00eb&#8230;..kur u mbyllen shumica e shkollave shqipe dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb<br \/>\ndetyrohen t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb serbisht. Mir\u00ebpo, nj\u00eb plan i till\u00eb d\u00ebshtoj\u00eb dhe pas nj\u00eb viti shkollor pa<br \/>\nasnj\u00eb rezultat, n\u00eb nj\u00eb num\u00ebr shkollash kthehet s\u00ebrish m\u00ebsimi n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. Kjo periudh\u00eb,<br \/>\nnga m\u00eb t\u00eb err\u00ebtat n\u00eb historin\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, do t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb pothuajse deri n\u00eb mesin<br \/>\ne viteve gjasht\u00ebdhjet\u00eb, kur fillon nj\u00eb rikthim gradual i m\u00ebsimit fillor n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn amtare\u201d.<br \/>\nShkolla e par\u00eb e mesme me m\u00ebsim n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe e serbokroate u hap n\u00eb Ulqin n\u00eb vitin<br \/>\n1965. Nd\u00ebrsa, me 1971, \u00e7elen dy paralele t\u00eb gjimnazit n\u00eb Tuz me m\u00ebsim n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, kurse<br \/>\nn\u00eb vitin 1975 b\u00ebhet gjimnaz i pavarur n\u00eb dy gjuh\u00ebsi: shqip dhe serbokroate. Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb vitin<br \/>\n1978 m\u00ebsimi n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe filloi t\u00eb zhvillohet edhe n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn e mesme n\u00eb Plav\u00eb. M\u00eb tutje,<br \/>\np\u00ebrpos hapjeve t\u00eb shkollave t\u00eb mesme n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat zhvillohej m\u00ebsimi edhe n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, n\u00eb<br \/>\nat\u00eb koh\u00eb u intensifikuan dhe lidhjet arsimore t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi me Kosov\u00ebn.<br \/>\nShqiptar\u00ebt e Malit t\u00eb Zi, gjith\u00ebmon\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb mir\u00ebnjoh\u00ebs p\u00ebr mir\u00ebpritje dhe p\u00ebrkrahje t\u00eb<br \/>\npersonalitetit arsimor kosovar ndaj nx\u00ebns\u00ebve dhe student\u00ebve nga Mali i Zi. P\u00ebr \u00e7ka jam<br \/>\nd\u00ebshmitar, si ish &#8211; nx\u00ebn\u00ebs i gjimnazit \u201cIvo Llolla Ribar\u201d, sot gjimnazi \u201cSami Frash\u00ebri\u201d n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb.<br \/>\nMe shp\u00ebrthimin e demostratave t\u00eb student\u00ebve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb 1981, demostrata k\u00ebto p\u00ebr liri,<br \/>\ndrejt\u00ebsi, barazi t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve dhe p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsi t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, edhe pushteti politik i Malit t\u00eb Zi n\u00eb<\/p>\n<p>at\u00eb koh\u00eb nisi nj\u00eb fushat\u00eb t\u00eb eg\u00ebr kundra shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi. N\u00eb sh\u00ebnjest\u00ebr ishin shkollat<br \/>\nme m\u00ebsim n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, respektivisht programet m\u00ebsimore t\u00eb Gjuh\u00ebs dhe Let\u00ebrsis\u00eb Shqipe,<br \/>\nt\u00eb Historis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb cil\u00ebsdo l\u00ebnd\u00eb m\u00ebsimore q\u00eb kishte t\u00eb b\u00ebnte me kultur\u00ebn dhe artin shqip u<br \/>\n\u201cspastruan\u201d nga p\u00ebrmbajtja me karakter t\u00eb identitetit komb\u00ebtar shqiptar. N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr<br \/>\n\u00e7do gj\u00eb shqiptare po akuzohej dhe sulmohej nga pozita e nj\u00eb politike nacionaliste-shoviniste.<br \/>\nSot n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi nx\u00ebnsit shqiptar\u00eb e ndjekin m\u00ebsimin n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb 12 shkolla fillore, n\u00eb<br \/>\n4 shkolla t\u00eb mesme, prej tyre nj\u00eb gjimnaz \u00ebsht\u00eb privat n\u00eb Ulqin. Gjithashtu, pran\u00eb Universitetit<br \/>\nt\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi, n\u00eb vitin 2004. \u00ebsht\u00eb hapur Dega e studimeve t\u00eb m\u00ebsuesis\u00eb n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb<br \/>\nPodgoric\u00eb. P\u00ebrve\u00e7\u00eb, m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve shqiptar\u00eb nga Mali i Zi p\u00ebr t\u00eb ligj\u00ebruar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb deg\u00eb jan\u00eb<br \/>\nangazhuar edhe nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i pedagog\u00ebve nga Universiteti i Shkodr\u00ebs \u201cLuigj Gurakuqi\u201d. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb<br \/>\nrast po ceki se k\u00ebrkesa e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb ka qen\u00eb q\u00eb fakulteti t\u00eb hapet n\u00eb Ulqin apo<br \/>\nn\u00eb Tuz, si mjedise shqiptare, mir\u00ebpo kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb refuzuar nga organet shtet\u00ebrore t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi.<br \/>\nPo ashtu, nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i konideruesh\u00ebm i student\u00ebve nga Mali i Zi, ndjekin studimet n\u00eb<br \/>\nuniversitetet e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, por dhe n\u00eb Universitetin e Malit t\u00eb Zi dhe gjetiu, e q\u00eb<br \/>\n\u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb pozitive n\u00eb formimin e kuadrit t\u00eb ri profesional. Ashtu q\u00eb sot kemi nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb<br \/>\nkuadrave t\u00eb profileve t\u00eb ndryshme.<br \/>\nMe r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb theksohet mb\u00ebshtetja finansiare p\u00ebr student\u00ebt shqiptar nga Mali i Zi,<br \/>\nrespektivisht e ndarjeve t\u00eb bursava studentore n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi p\u00ebr \u00e7do vit akademik, nga<br \/>\ndiaspora shqiptare n\u00eb SHBA, sikur jan\u00eb: Fondacioni \u201cMal\u00ebsia e Madhe\u201d, Fondacioni \u201cTrojet<br \/>\ntona\u201d, Fondacioni Lukaj, etj.<br \/>\nNdihma e tyre finansiare p\u00ebr arsimimin e lart\u00eb t\u00eb brezit t\u00eb ri shqiptar nga Mali i Zi, paraqet nj\u00eb<br \/>\naktivitet t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyesh\u00ebm humanitar e patriotik komb\u00ebtar dhe meriton \u00e7do l\u00ebvdat\u00eb. Mir\u00ebpo,<br \/>\njam i m\u00ebndimit se nj\u00eb kujdes t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetje finansiare e meritojn\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit dhe<br \/>\nstudent\u00ebt me sukses t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyesh\u00ebm duke siguruar ashtu cil\u00ebsin\u00eb profesionale. Po ashtu do t\u00eb<br \/>\nishte e preferueshme q\u00eb disa nga nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit m\u00eb t\u00eb dalluar shqiptar nga Mali i Zi t\u00eb vazhdoshin<br \/>\nshkollimin n\u00eb universitetet e njohura evropiane dhe amerikane. Meqen\u00ebse, njohjet historike<br \/>\ntregojn\u00eb se ka pas\u00eb intelektual\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb njohur t\u00eb kombit shqiptar q\u00eb kan\u00eb studiuar n\u00eb<br \/>\nuniversitete prestigjioze n\u00eb bot\u00ebn e jasht\u00ebme. P\u00ebr shembull: Eqrem \u00c7abej( Austri), At Gjergj<br \/>\nFishta(Bosnje), Aleks Buda ( Itali, Austri), Mahir Domi(Franc\u00eb), Ndre Mjeda( Spanje, Itali, Poloni,<br \/>\nKroaci), Mirash Ivanaj( Itali), Gjelosh Gjokaj( Beograd, Rom\u00eb, Gjermani), Ruxhdi Ushaku<br \/>\n(Sarajev\u00eb, Beograd, Paris). Gjithashtu, po theksojm\u00eb, se Ismail Kadare ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb Mosk\u00eb p\u00ebr<br \/>\nstudime p\u00ebr dy vjet n\u00eb Institutin e Let\u00ebrsis\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore \u201cMaksim Gorki\u201d(1958-1960). Nd\u00ebrsa,<br \/>\nPresidenti historik i Kosov\u00ebs, Dr. Ibrahim Rugova ka q\u00ebndrua gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb viti akademik(1976-77)<br \/>\nn\u00eb Paris, ku ndoqi interesimet e veta shkencore n\u00eb studimin e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb, me p\u00ebrqendim n\u00eb<br \/>\nteorin\u00eb letrare. Natyrisht, se ata, por dhe shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb kontribut<br \/>\njasht\u00ebzakonisht shum\u00eb t\u00eb madh kultur\u00ebs dhe shkenc\u00ebs shqiptare.<br \/>\nSi &#8211; ish m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs n\u00eb gjimnazin e Tuzit pata rastin t\u00eb bindem se n\u00eb mesin e nx\u00ebns\u00ebve<br \/>\nshqiptar ka mjaft\u00eb t\u00eb shquar dhe t\u00eb talentuar, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e d\u00ebshmuan vehten, meqen\u00ebse, pas<\/p>\n<p>kryerjes s\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb mesme, nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i konsenderuesh\u00ebm i tyre arrijt\u00ebn t\u00eb kryej\u00ebn fakultete<br \/>\nt\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb universitete t\u00eb ndryshme: Mal t\u00eb Zi, Shqip\u00ebri, Kosov\u00eb dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb n\u00eb rajon.<br \/>\nAndaj, ajo \u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb pozitive, qendron n\u00eb faktin, se arsimimi i rinis\u00eb shqiptare tek ne,<br \/>\npo zhvillohet n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha nivelet e shkollimit dhe t\u00eb specializimeve t\u00eb ndryshme<br \/>\nduke fituar dhe tituj m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb akademik: magjistra dhe doktora t\u00eb shkencave, \u00e7ka paraqet nj\u00eb<br \/>\npotencial t\u00eb mir\u00eb kuadrovik.
