Ato shfaqen duksh\u00ebm edhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e raporteve njer\u00ebzore mes pal\u00ebve m\u00ebsues- nx\u00ebn\u00ebs, nx\u00ebn\u00ebs \u2013 prind, nx\u00ebn\u00ebs &#8211; nx\u00ebn\u00ebs, n\u00eb uljen e shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb agresivitetit n\u00eb raportet e nd\u00ebrsjellta, n\u00eb nj\u00eb klim\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb but\u00eb n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet mes grupeve t\u00eb interesit p\u00ebr arsimimin dhe edukimin e brezit t\u00eb ri me normat morale t\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie demokratike dhe t\u00eb hapur, n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb sjellje m\u00eb civile p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e konflikteve\u00a0 n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb e jasht\u00eb saj, n\u00eb zbritjen e rasteve t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs fizike e\u00a0 emocionale n\u00eb institucionet e edukimit etj. Si\u00e7 duket, k\u00ebtu ka ndikuar edhe p\u00ebrpjekja e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr emancipim e qytetari si dhe masat e marra koh\u00ebt e fundit nga MAS-i p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsimin e situat\u00ebs dhe ndjekjen hap pas hapi\u00a0 t\u00eb problemit nga strukturat drejtuese t\u00eb saj. Gjith\u00ebsesi, n\u00eb shkolla dhe mjedise familjare, ka ende dhun\u00eb, munges\u00eb kompromisi n\u00eb zgjidhejn e konflikteve dhe t\u00eb mosmarr\u00ebveshjeve, shfaqje t\u00eb theksuar t\u00eb intoleranc\u00ebs n\u00eb komunikim, agresivitet etj.Shoq\u00ebria shqiptare vazhdon t\u00eb mbetet ende minimal t\u00eb jetes\u00ebs e t\u00eb siguris\u00eb.E bashk\u00eb me prind\u00ebrit mbet\u00ebn edhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ndihen t\u00eb dhunuar si n\u00eb familje ashtu edhe n\u00eb shkolla.Nj\u00eb studim i fundit UNICEF raporton aktualisht nivele t\u00eb larta t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs fizike e verbale,kryesisht tek nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e arsimit 9-vje\u00e7ar . \u00a0N\u00eb pamund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb problemin n\u00eb nj\u00eb plan t\u00eb gjer\u00eb, pasi t\u00eb tilla jan\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat e nj\u00eb shkrimi, n\u00eb po i referohemi problemit vet\u00ebm n\u00eb shkolla e n\u00eb mjediset ku jetojn\u00eb e kalojn\u00eb koh\u00ebn nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit dhe adoleshent\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kur m\u00ebsuesi mund t\u00eb dhunoj\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsin, n\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb situatash?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb anketat e hapura dhe ato t\u00ebe mbyllura, t\u00eb b\u00ebra n\u00eb disa shkolla t\u00eb \u00a0vendit ,\u00a0 rezulton se numrin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb dhunuar e p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb ata q\u00eb viktimitizohen psikologjikisht. Si\u00e7 duket,\u00a0 r\u00ebnia e numrit t\u00eb ushtrimit t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs fizike ndaj k\u00ebsaj kategorie nx\u00ebn\u00ebsish, lidhet edhe me intensitetin e pun\u00ebs dhe masat qe po merr koh\u00ebt e fundit MAS \u2013i\u00a0 p\u00ebr sensibilizimin e opinionit dhe parandalimin e fenomenit, puna e specializuar e psikolog\u00ebve n\u00eb shkolla, nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje q\u00eb duhet vazhduar e thelluar edhe n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen dhe jo t\u00eb veprohet me fushata , si\u00e7 kemi vepuar ne shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi dhe drejtuesit e shkollave e m\u00ebsuesit n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo q\u00eb shfaqet duksh\u00ebm n\u00eb m\u00ebsim mbetet dhuna psikologjike. S\u00eb paku, k\u00ebshtu shprehen nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit dhe ky \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe konkluzioni yn\u00eb. Ushtruesit jan\u00eb m\u00ebsuesit ndaj nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit. Nd\u00ebrsa jasht\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e lir\u00eb ose n\u00eb veprimtari vetorganizuese t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, ata q\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb dhun\u00eb psikologjike (jo vet\u00ebm psikologjike), jan\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit kund\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve. Fatkeq\u00ebsisht ushtruesit e dhun\u00ebs, m\u00ebsuesit, grupet e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve dhe individ\u00ebt, si\u00e7 tregojne t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat, i referohen prejardhjes s\u00eb \u201cviktim\u00ebs\u201d, origjin\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb intelektit, dob\u00ebsive q\u00eb mbart n\u00eb p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsimin e programit m\u00ebsimor, q\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti lidhen me nivelin e pun\u00ebs s\u00eb dob\u00ebt t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs nga ata kan\u00eb ardhur se sa nga miveli intelektual i tyre, nga paraqitja e jashtme etj. Shikojm\u00eb edhe an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb medaljes: m\u00ebsuesit q\u00eb po ndjehen t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuar n\u00eb shpjegimin e m\u00ebsimit, ku nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit, pavar\u00ebsisht paralajm\u00ebrimeve q\u00eb m\u00ebsuesi u b\u00ebn, vazhdon t\u00eb prish\u00eb qet\u00ebsin\u00eb e or\u00ebs s\u00eb m\u00ebsimit. Ndodh q\u00eb m\u00ebsuesi humbet durimin dhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb moment nervozizmi reagon, duke u sjell\u00eb dhunsh\u00ebm ndaj f\u00ebmij\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb rinjve. Anketimi n\u00eb fjal\u00eb u shtri 550 shkolla t\u00eb vendit,ku f\u00ebmij\u00ebt jan\u00eb pyetur me metod\u00ebn ball\u00eb p\u00ebr ball\u00eb duke ruajtur autonimatin e secilit prej tyre. Studimi tregon m\u00eb n\u00eb detaj se niveli m\u00eb i lart\u00eb i dhun\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb zona urbane .M\u00eb konkretisht 55.6% e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve e pranojn\u00eb se jan\u00eb dhunuar nga m\u00ebsuesit e tyre .<\/p>\n<p>Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e anketuar\u00a0 pranojn\u00eb se fyhen dhe ndjehen keq nga fjala q\u00eb ju drejtojn\u00eb atyre m\u00ebsuesit ose shok\u00ebt e shoqet e tyre, q\u00eb e kan\u00eb burimin tek origjina si: katundar\u00eb, malok, etj. F\u00ebmij\u00ebt n\u00ebp\u00ebrk\u00ebmben emocionalisht nga shok\u00ebt e m\u00ebsuesit me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tilla, q\u00eb lidhen me mosh\u00ebn psikologjike t\u00eb tyre, si: goj\u00ebky\u00e7ur, i\/e trash\u00eb \u00a0etj., dhe nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e konsiderueshme e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve dhunohen emocianalisht me fjal\u00ebt e shprehjet q\u00eb lidhen me t\u00eb metat fizike, nj\u00eb fatkeq\u00ebsi e lindur ose e fituar, q\u00eb askush nuk do ta d\u00ebshironte, si: vesh\u00ebllapush, i\/e shpifur, qurravec, trashaluq etj. Po t\u00eb shihet me kujdes dukuria, dalim n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin se shum\u00eb evidente \u00ebsht\u00eb dhuna psikologjike, disi e fsheht\u00eb, q\u00eb ushtrohet nga shkolla ndaj nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb ardhur nga zona rurale dhe q\u00eb jan\u00eb ngulur p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb banuar n\u00eb zonat ku vepron institucioni. Mendimi yn\u00eb, i shprehur edhe nga nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit, \u00ebsht\u00eb se ajo, tek kjo kategori f\u00ebmij\u00ebsh, shfaqet me frekuenc\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto dy raste: me form\u00ebn e p\u00ebrjashtimit dhe vet\u00ebp\u00ebrjashtimit nga jeta e shkoll\u00ebs e k\u00ebtyre nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve. Nj\u00eb veprim I tilll\u00eb fatkeq\u00ebsisht nxitet edhe nga m\u00ebsuesit dhe bashk\u00ebmoshatar\u00ebt e tyre, ndersa drejtorit\u00eb e shkollave dhe strukturat drejtuese t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb mbrojn\u00eb lirit\u00eb dhe t\u00eb drejtat e shok\u00ebve dhe shoqeve heshtin. N\u00eb situata t\u00eb tilla p\u00ebrjashtuese dhe vet\u00ebp\u00ebrjashtuese, kjo kategori nx\u00ebn\u00ebsish nuk vetp\u00eblqehet, nuk vet\u00ebvler\u00ebsohet, nuk shihet e sigurt\u00eb. Rrjedhimisht stresohet dhe nuk fiton aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e integrimit n\u00eb mjedisin e ri, \u00e7ka do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se dhuna emocionale do t\u00eb vazhdohet t\u00eb thellohet mbi ta. N\u00eb form\u00ebn e paragjykimit dhe t\u00eb nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrimi disi indiferent dhe pse kjo edhe p\u00ebrbuz\u00ebs ndaj k\u00ebtyre nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve q\u00eb kan\u00eb edhe probleme ekonomike dhe t\u00eb formimit kulturor. P\u00ebr k\u00ebto dy probleme unikale t\u00eb formimit dhe t\u00eb bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebs qytetare, i takon shkoll\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb mjedise e frym\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimi e bashk\u00ebveprimi me te gjitha grupet sociale, q\u00eb formojn\u00eb kolektivin, n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn rezultatet e pritshme nuk arrihen, objektivat nuk p\u00ebrmbushen dhe reformimi i shkoll\u00ebs kompromentohet.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>-Cil\u00ebt m\u00ebsues ushtrojn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb dhun\u00eb dhe pse?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nga t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat del q\u00eb m\u00ebsuesit q\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb dhun\u00eb jan\u00eb ata me eksperienc\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl n\u00eb pun\u00eb, q\u00eb kan\u00eb munges\u00eb p\u00ebrvoje, q\u00eb nuk i zot\u00ebrojn\u00eb emocionet, q\u00eb nuk i njohin format e komunikimit dhe psikologjin\u00eb e grupit, sidomos raportin mes mosh\u00ebs kronologjike me at\u00eb psikologjike dhe q\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb m\u00ebnyre nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb formuar ende si edukator\u00eb. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi edhe fakultetet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, q\u00eb p\u00ebrgadisin punonj\u00ebs pedagogjik, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk e vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb formimin e m\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm si edukator \u00eb. Fatkeq\u00ebsisht strukturat p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse te em\u00ebrimit t\u00eb tyre nuk mendojn\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgaditjen e tyre tek i em\u00ebrojn\u00eb n\u00eb shkolla pa p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb dhe me kolektiva aspak t\u00eb njohura p\u00ebr tregues n\u00eb p\u00ebrgaditjen e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, ndaj nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit ankohen p\u00ebr m\u00ebsuesit e rinj. M\u00ebsuesit e k\u00ebsaj kategorie duhet t\u00eb fillojn\u00eb pun\u00eb n\u00eb shkollat m\u00eb me em\u00ebr n\u00eb qytet dhe n\u00eb fshat dhe t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00ebn kujdesin e p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm p\u00ebr ndihm\u00eb e trajnim t\u00eb kualifikuar p\u00ebr disa vite nga drejtuesit m\u00ebsuesit dhe metodist\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb posedojn\u00eb DAR-i dhe ZA-t\u00eb n\u00eb rrethe.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb grupin e m\u00ebsuesve q\u00eb i dhunojn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit fizikisht dhe psikologjikisht jan\u00eb dhe ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb disa vite pune n\u00eb arsim, por q\u00eb kulturalisht dhe profesionalisht jan\u00eb ende larg ritmit t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb arsimit, teknik\u00ebs, shkenc\u00ebs dhe zhvillimit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi. Boshll\u00ebqet n\u00eb formimin e tyre shkencor e metodik, psikopedagogjik e social t\u00eb till\u00eb m\u00ebsues p\u00ebrpiqen t\u2019i mbulojn\u00eb me sharje e britma, duke iu hedhur fajin padrejt\u00ebsisht nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve pas \u00e7do kontrolli q\u00eb u b\u00ebhet. Ata ose duhen trajnuar, ose nj\u00eb dit\u00eb duhen larguar, pasi breza nx\u00ebn\u00ebsish do t\u00eb dalin pa bagazhin e domosdosh\u00ebm t\u00eb njohurive p\u00ebr p\u00ebrballimin e k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb tregut. \u00cbsht\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb kategori\u00a0 tjet\u00ebr m\u00ebsuesish q\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb dhun\u00eb p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb nj\u00eb tradite t\u00eb mbartur nga shkolla e sistemit komunist diktatorial dhe q\u00eb shprehet hapur nga ata q\u00eb mendojn\u00eb se dhun\u00eb ka edhe n\u00eb parajs\u00eb, se sipas filozofis\u00eb popullore, druri ka dal\u00eb nga xheneti. M\u00ebsues t\u00eb till\u00eb nuk njohin modele alternative t\u00eb sjelljes p\u00ebr disiplinimin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e m\u00ebsuesve jan\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb ngarkuar fizikisht e psikologjikisht, kan\u00eb kaluar me ngarkes\u00eb dhe plot halle nj\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb arsim, tek kan\u00eb punuar me devotshm\u00ebri dhe kurr\u00eb s\u2019jan\u00eb shp\u00ebrblyer nga shteti dhe shoq\u00ebria, komuniteti dhe instiucionet e tjera t\u00eb edukimit t\u00eb asaj kohe, t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto kan\u00eb rrritur tek ata nivelin e stresit dhe i ka \u00e7uar n\u00eb shkarkimin padrejt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb tyre tek nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit. M.A.S p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbatuar k\u00ebt\u00eb fenomen q\u00eb po ndikon negativisht n\u00eb shkollat tona , ka nisur zbatimin e strategjis\u00eb s\u00eb komunikimit .F\u00ebmij\u00ebt q\u00eb keqtrajtohen nga m\u00ebsuesit,ka plot raste t\u00eb tilla n\u00eb shkollat shqiptare, por mbrenda shoq\u00ebris\u00eb son\u00eb gjejm\u00eb edhe raste t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebve q\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb dhun\u00eb p\u00ebr gabime t\u00eb vogla t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre.\u201dP\u00ebrball\u00eb k\u00ebsaj situate jemi t\u00eb vendosur\u00a0 p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebshkuar kedo q\u00eb n\u00eb ambjent\u00ebt e shkoll\u00ebs \u00a0ushtrohet dhun\u00eb. Dhun\u00eb pa dyshim psikologjike apo verbale,pa folur pastaj edhe p\u00ebr raste absolutisht t\u00eb patolerueshme q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb dhuna fizike. T\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin mesazh ka p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb edhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi UNICEF n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb,i cili tha se shoq\u00ebria shqiptare nj\u00ebher\u00eb e mir\u00eb duhet t\u00eb njoh\u00eb dhe t\u00eb dij\u00eb t\u00eb dalloj\u00eb format e ndryshme , dhe t\u00eb denancoj\u00eb me rept\u00ebsi ato.P\u00ebr t\u00eb reduktuar n\u00eb maksimum nivelin e dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb shkolla k\u00ebrkohet rritja e nd\u00ebgjegj\u00ebsimit publik,n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet fushatave snsibilizuese ,por edhe t\u00eb trajnimit t\u00eb m\u00ebsuesve p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje psikologjike q\u00eb lidhen me pasojat e dhun\u00ebs tek f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb.Kjo k\u00ebrkohet t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrohet her\u00ebpashere me monitorime\u00a0 t\u00eb vazhdueshme t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb institucionet arsimore edukative n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin. Vet\u00ebm k\u00ebshtu b\u00ebhemi pjes\u00eb integrale e komunitetit prinderor dhe atij vendor n\u00eb shkall\u00eb komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim, duhet theksuar se nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb predispozuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb denancuar dhun\u00ebn q\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb moshatar\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb rriturit ndaj tyre dhe pothuajse mungon d\u00ebshira p\u00ebr denancim ndaj m\u00ebsuesve dhun\u00ebushtrues. Si\u00e7 duket, kjo lidhet me frik\u00ebn ndaj hakmarrjes dhe flet p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb shoq\u00ebria e shkolla nuk jan\u00eb ende demokratizuar e emancipuar dhe se t\u00ebr\u00eb v\u00ebmendja e atyre q\u00eb merren me arsimin dhe edukimin duhet p\u00ebrq\u00ebndruar n\u00eb gjetjen e mekanizmave t\u00eb reja q\u00eb prodhojn\u00eb p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb e edukimin m\u00eb shum\u00eb toleranc\u00eb e qytetari, emancipim e kompromis e q\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtojn\u00eb hakmarrjen e frik\u00ebn, dyfytyr\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe cinizmin. \u00c7do politik\u00eb arsimore duhet t\u00eb orientohet nga q\u00ebllime t\u00eb tilla.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prind\u00ebrit k\u00ebrkohet t\u00eb njohin m\u00eb mir\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimi i pyet\u00ebsorit, i cili ka brenda di\u00e7ka t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb.
