Pavar\u00ebsisht v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsive t\u00eb<br \/>\nkoh\u00ebs, pengesave t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb komunikimit edukativ, p\u00ebrs\u00ebri<br \/>\nasnj\u00eb familje nuk zhvillohet, nuk funksionon, nuk konsolidohet<br \/>\npa pranin\u00eb e nj\u00eb mase t\u00eb caktuar t\u00eb autoritetit moral dhe<br \/>\nsocial, natyrisht mbi principe demokratike dhe jo autoritariste<br \/>\nt\u00eb prind\u00ebrve. \u00cbsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb disa zhvillimeve<br \/>\nt\u00eb vrullshme e dinamike, por dhe demokratizimit t\u00eb hierarkis\u00eb<br \/>\ns\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve prind &#8211; f\u00ebmij\u00eb, jan\u00eb krijuar shum\u00eb pengesa e<br \/>\npaqart\u00ebsi n\u00eb sistemin e edukimit familjar. Gjith\u00eb problemi \u00ebsht\u00eb<\/p>\n<p>q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte t\u00eb sigurojm\u00eb statusin e familjes dhe<br \/>\nfunksionimin e saj edukativ.<br \/>\nKjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e leht\u00eb n\u00eb kushtet aktuale kur \u201cdistanca\u201d<br \/>\nklasike e autoritetit t\u00eb dikursh\u00ebm prind\u00ebror n\u00eb raport me<br \/>\nf\u00ebmij\u00ebt dhe adoleshent\u00ebt \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cngushtuar\u201d shum\u00eb. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb<br \/>\narsyeja pse koha k\u00ebrkon parime t\u00eb reja moderne t\u00eb prind\u00ebrimit<br \/>\nme toleranc\u00eb, mir\u00ebkuptim reciprok. Ata mund t\u00eb edukohen n\u00eb<br \/>\nfamilje, n\u00eb kushtet kur ka atmosfer\u00eb t\u00eb besimit reciprok,<br \/>\nrespektim t\u00eb personalitetit t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, duke nd\u00ebrtuar nj\u00eb<br \/>\nsistem organik edukativ e disiplinor.<br \/>\nKa shum\u00eb prind\u00ebr, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt duke mos kuptuar tipologjin\u00eb<br \/>\ndhe ve\u00e7orit\u00eb moshore t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve dhe adoleshent\u00ebve, jan\u00eb t\u00eb<br \/>\npaqart\u00eb, psikologjikisht t\u00eb hutuar, t\u00eb habitur p\u00ebrball\u00eb disa<br \/>\n\u201csjelljeve t\u00eb \u00e7uditshme\u201d t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre. Pyetja q\u00eb duhet<br \/>\nb\u00ebr\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb: kemi f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb apo prind\u00ebr q\u00eb nuk din\u00eb t\u00eb<br \/>\nprind\u00ebrojn\u00eb? Duket se aktualisht ne kemi shum\u00eb prind\u00ebr, q\u00eb<br \/>\nduke mos kuptuar koh\u00ebn, ndodhen n\u00eb nj\u00eb \u201cboshll\u00ebk edukativ\u201d<br \/>\napo rob t\u00eb konceptimit tradicionalist t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve me<br \/>\nf\u00ebmij\u00ebt, duke u bazuar n\u00eb parametrat e familjes tradicionale, t\u00eb<br \/>\ncil\u00ebs i ka kaluar koha. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga arsyet sociale q\u00eb ka<br \/>\nsjell\u00eb zhbalancimet t\u00eb frikshme n\u00eb sistemin edukativ t\u00eb familjes<br \/>\ndhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve prind &#8211; f\u00ebmij\u00eb.<br \/>\nDob\u00ebsimi i mjesht\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb edukimit prind\u00ebror \u00ebsht\u00eb e<br \/>\nlidhur me mentalitetin populist sipas t\u00eb cilit, sido q\u00eb t\u00eb vej\u00eb<br \/>\npuna, f\u00ebmij\u00ebt do rriten n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb apo n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb<br \/>\ntjet\u00ebr. Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb prind\u00ebrit lundrojn\u00eb n\u00eb det t\u00eb hapur pa<br \/>\npatur fare busull. Dy q\u00ebndrime t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta t\u2019i drejtosh<br \/>\nedukativisht f\u00ebmij\u00ebt apo t\u2019i l\u00ebsh ata t\u00eb rriten vetvetiu. T\u00eb<br \/>\nedukosh do t\u00eb thot\u00eb kurdoher\u00eb t\u00eb drejtosh. N\u00eb edukimin e<br \/>\nf\u00ebmij\u00ebve recetat e gatshme edukative jan\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme.<br \/>\nZbatimi i rregullave t\u00eb ngurta t\u00eb paracaktuara \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb<br \/>\nkund\u00ebrshtim t\u00eb hapur me vet\u00eb thelbin e edukimit.<br \/>\nPadyshim, k\u00ebto gj\u00ebra duhen vler\u00ebsuar sepse dihet q\u00eb<br \/>\nniveli i nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie t\u00eb emancipuar dhe qytet\u00ebruar nuk mund t\u00eb<br \/>\narrihet pa nj\u00eb gjith\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirje t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb aktor\u00ebve dhe<br \/>\nfaktor\u00ebve, q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb interesuar p\u00ebr mir\u00ebrritjen dhe mir\u00eb<br \/>\nedukimin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve. Ky formim i vlerave dhe i normave<br \/>\nkulturore t\u00eb koh\u00ebs nuk mund t\u00eb sigurohet vet\u00ebm me pun\u00ebn dhe<br \/>\nkontributin q\u00eb b\u00ebn institucioni i edukimit, sado i kualifikuar dhe<br \/>\ni vazhduesh\u00ebm t\u00eb jet\u00eb. Jan\u00eb shkolla dhe familja, mjedisi social,<br \/>\nkomuniteti dhe shoq\u00ebria civile, strukturat e nx\u00ebn\u00ebseve dhe<\/p>\n<p>prind\u00ebrve me bordet e tyre n\u00eb shkolla, q\u00eb jan\u00eb ngritur dhe<br \/>\nfunksionojn\u00eb sot n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare, t\u00eb cilat mund dhe<br \/>\nduhet t\u00eb vihet m\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb efi\u00e7enc\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrthurin cil\u00ebsisht<br \/>\nveprimtarin\u00eb e tyre t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme. Ndaj koha k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb<br \/>\nprind\u00ebrit dhe familja, p\u00ebr t\u00eb luajtur rolin e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm<br \/>\nedukativ dhe t\u00eb edukatorit, duhet thelluar procesi i<br \/>\nmir\u00ebkuptimit dhe demokratizimit t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve prind-<br \/>\nf\u00ebmij\u00eb. Por ky edukim ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur forma, metoda<br \/>\ne paradigma edukative moderne t\u00eb interferimit jo vertikal, por<br \/>\nhorizontal, si kusht p\u00ebr sukses edukativ me f\u00ebmij\u00ebt. Pa k\u00ebt\u00eb<br \/>\nproces edukimi, sado me vullnet t\u00eb punosh, je i destinuar t\u00eb<br \/>\nd\u00ebshtosh.<br \/>\nNx\u00ebn\u00ebsit t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb t\u00eb marrin vendime<br \/>\ndhe t\u00eb jen\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr rezultatet e k\u00ebtyre vendimeve<\/p>\n<p>Aktualisht jan\u00eb disa struktura: shkolla, familja e mjedisi<br \/>\nshoq\u00ebror, ku rriten dhe edukohen e ardhmja e vendit, marrin<br \/>\nm\u00eb shum\u00eb vlera dhe kan\u00eb ndikime m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb formimin e<br \/>\nkarakterit dhe t\u00eb personalitetit t\u00eb tyre. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim<br \/>\njet\u00ebsor dhe real p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri q\u00eb pretendon se \u00ebsht\u00eb<br \/>\ngjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn, p\u00ebrjashtimi i kujtdo, \u00ebsht\u00eb<br \/>\nme pasoja katastrofike. Konstatojm\u00eb me k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi p\u00ebrfshirjen e prind\u00ebrve n\u00eb<br \/>\nt\u00eb gjith\u00eb aspektet e jet\u00ebs shkollore, kontaktet individuale dhe<br \/>\nato n\u00eb rrug\u00eb informimi t\u00eb pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb q\u00eb b\u00ebn shkolla e<br \/>\nm\u00ebsuesi p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb mjaft e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, pasi ata<br \/>\nmund t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb t\u00eb shfaqin plot\u00ebsisht potencialin e tyre n\u00eb<br \/>\nshkoll\u00eb, k\u00ebshtu ata ndihen m\u00eb mir\u00eb me veten e tyre, m\u00ebsojn\u00eb<br \/>\nse si t\u00eb marrin vendime dhe t\u00eb jen\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr rezultatet e<br \/>\nk\u00ebtyre vendimeve.<br \/>\nP\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar me sukses k\u00ebt\u00eb imazh t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit,<br \/>\nk\u00ebrkohet kujdesi ritmik p\u00ebr formimin, edukimin dhe kulturimin<br \/>\ne tyre, gj\u00eb q\u00eb s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb kurr\u00eb e tep\u00ebrt p\u00ebr prind\u00ebrit, jo vet\u00ebm<br \/>\nkaq, por \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga detyrat organike t\u00eb familjes s\u00eb sotme<br \/>\nshqiptare, si kolona e par\u00eb e p\u00ebrfshirjes s\u00eb tyre n\u00eb edukim, ku<br \/>\nka mjaft kapacitete natyrore p\u00ebr t\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar k\u00ebt\u00eb objektiv.<\/p>\n<p>Natyrsh\u00ebm ndihet sot nj\u00eb merak i pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb i prind\u00ebrve<br \/>\np\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar n\u00eb familje e shoq\u00ebri f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb mbar\u00eb, t\u00eb<br \/>\nguximsh\u00ebm, pun\u00ebtor\u00eb, konkurrues, t\u00eb edukuar e human.<br \/>\nTendenca e prind\u00ebrve t\u00eb sot\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u krijuar kushte sa<br \/>\nm\u00eb optimale f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre. N\u00eb k\u00ebto p\u00ebrpjekje t\u00eb natyrshme<br \/>\nduken edhe dukuri shp\u00ebrpjes\u00ebtimore ,,preokupime\u201d t\u00eb tep\u00ebrta,<br \/>\nsforcime t\u00eb panatyrshme t\u00eb disa prind\u00ebrve p\u00ebr t\u2019u krijuar<br \/>\nf\u00ebmij\u00ebve \u201csuper kushte\u201c e plot\u00ebsim k\u00ebrkesash e pretendimesh<br \/>\nt\u00eb tepruara. E keqja \u00ebsht\u00eb se disa prind\u00ebr t\u00eb integruar \u201cn\u00eb<br \/>\ngar\u00ebn\u201c p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar ep\u00ebrsin\u00eb materiale t\u00eb familjes s\u00eb tyre,<br \/>\nnuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb perceptojn\u00eb d\u00ebmet morale, psikologjike<br \/>\ne sociale q\u00eb u b\u00ebjn\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre. N\u00eb realitetin e sot\u00ebm shqiptar fatkeq\u00ebsisht po<br \/>\nballafaqohemi me nj\u00eb brez t\u00eb ri, q\u00eb po piqet gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb<br \/>\nshpejt nga pik\u00ebpamja zhvillimore, por jo nga pik\u00ebpamjet e tjera<br \/>\nm\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, padrejt\u00ebsisht u dalin n\u00eb krah duke ua fal\u00eb<br \/>\ngabimet, duke i mbrojtur shum\u00eb her\u00eb pa t\u00eb drejt\u00eb para<br \/>\nm\u00ebsuesve dhe ajo q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00eb, prind\u00ebrit nuk ushtrojn\u00eb<\/p>\n<p>kontrollin e tyre se si e shpenzojn\u00eb koh\u00ebn dhe n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb e<br \/>\nkujt ndodhen \u00e7do dit\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyre. Dhe f\u00ebmija i prindit<br \/>\nindiferent dhe i \u201cpun\u00ebve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha\u201c e kupton shpejt shfaqjen e<br \/>\ndob\u00ebsive t\u00eb prindit t\u00eb tij, ndaj livadhisin posht\u00eb e p\u00ebrpjet\u00eb,<br \/>\nduke mos ditur n\u00ebse ka p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi prind\u00ebrore dhe kur rr\u00ebshqet<br \/>\nn\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb gabuar. N\u00eb gjykimin tim, partneriteti shkoll\u00eb\u2013familje mbetet<br \/>\ntep\u00ebr e vlefshme, sepse do t\u00eb njohin m\u00eb mir\u00eb dy pal\u00ebt sistemin<br \/>\ne pun\u00ebs m\u00ebsimore-edukative dhe mjaft probleme t\u00eb tjera<br \/>\nsocialpedagogjike q\u00eb ka shkolla.
