Me d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e madhe q\u00eb ta kem n\u00eb bibliotek\u00ebn time personale, ose t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn<br \/>\nta kisha lexuar q\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e para t\u00eb botimit. \u201cM\u00eb mir\u00eb von\u00eb se kurr\u00eb\u201d, &#8211; thot\u00eb i men\u00e7uri.<br \/>\nMa dhuroi miku dhe lexuesi i palodhur Vasil Puci. E lexova dhe po e rilexoj, pavar\u00ebsisht<br \/>\ntronditjes q\u00eb m\u00eb sjell, pasi jeta e k\u00ebtij njeriut t\u00eb ditur ka shum\u00eb thyerje, q\u00eb shkon nga nj\u00eb<br \/>\npedagog i p\u00ebrkushtuar n\u00eb shkollat e mesme t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, publicist dhe kritik i ashp\u00ebr,<br \/>\nminist\u00ebr arsimi dhe reformator me em\u00ebr t\u00eb ndritur, m\u00eb pas lufta dhe pushtimi i<br \/>\nShqip\u00ebris\u00eb e detyrojn\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00eb udh\u00ebt e m\u00ebrgimit, ku v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb pranueshme.<br \/>\nPor s\u2019mbaron k\u00ebtu&#8230;..!<br \/>\nSi\u00e7 po shikoj edhe komentet mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr, bindem se Laz\u00ebr Radi \u00ebsht\u00eb i pari<br \/>\nautor q\u00eb shkroi me bindje n\u00eb mendje dhe me zjarr shpirti, p\u00ebr ta nxjerr\u00eb nga heshtja dhe<br \/>\nfshehja, k\u00ebt\u00eb figur\u00eb t\u00eb reformatorit t\u00eb madh. Nuk jam besimtar, por \u00e7udit\u00ebrisht vlerat dhe<br \/>\nnjer\u00ebzit me vlera kurr\u00eb nuk humbasin. Vjen nj\u00eb koh\u00eb, q\u00eb jo rast\u00ebsisht, do t\u00eb dal\u00eb dikush,<br \/>\nsi\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb Laz\u00ebr Radi, q\u00eb do t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb n\u00eb shesh, floririn e fshehur apo t\u00eb hedhur n\u00eb<br \/>\nbalt\u00eb, p\u00ebr ta pastruar dhe shk\u00eblqyer n\u00eb rreze t\u00eb diellit. \u201cFloriri mbetet flori, kudo q\u00eb ta<br \/>\nhedh\u00ebsh\u201d, &#8211; thot\u00eb populli.<br \/>\nMirash Ivanajt, Dr. Laz\u00ebr Radi, n\u00eb vepr\u00ebn e tij \u201cMisteret e nj\u00eb ministri\u201d, gjen dhe<br \/>\nciton\u00a0arsyet pse u kthye Mirashi: \u201cUn\u00eb erdha n\u00eb Atdheun tim. Zani i k\u00ebtij atdheu<br \/>\nasnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk reshti s\u00eb thirruni. K\u00ebtij zani i\u2019u binda. Me gjith\u00eb pleqnin\u00eb time, me mjete<br \/>\nshum\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira, i pluhnosur dhe i zhigatun, sa as un\u00eb vet\u00eb as t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt nuk po m\u00eb<br \/>\nnjihnin, u ktheva n\u00eb Atdhe\u201d.<br \/>\nN\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, si\u00e7 e pohon edhe vet\u00eb Prof. Ivanaj, nuk e njihte situat\u00ebn n\u00eb<br \/>\nShqip\u00ebri dhe rrezikun q\u00eb\u00a0kanosej atij dhe atdheut t\u00eb tij. Puthi tok\u00ebn n\u00eb kufi, (Zakon i<br \/>\nbukur p\u00ebr m\u00ebrgimtar\u00ebt q\u00eb ktheheshin n\u00eb m\u00ebm\u00ebdhe), dhe pas mjaft peripecish arriti n\u00eb<br \/>\nTiran\u00eb. \u201cT\u00eb gjitha rrug\u00ebt m\u00eb binin vet\u00ebm k\u00ebtu n\u00eb Atdhe!\u201d, shprehet ai, kur e pyesnin: Pse<br \/>\nu ktheve&#8230;?.<br \/>\nE gjitha kjo koh\u00eb, duket si nj\u00eb udh\u00ebtim me pak telashe e dhimbje, por \u00ebsht\u00eb<br \/>\nvet\u00ebm nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb, sepse shtat\u00eb vitet e fundit t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, n\u00eb prag t\u00eb gjasht\u00ebdhjet\u00eb-<br \/>\nvjetorit, provoi burgun, \u201cFerrin dantesk\u201d t\u00eb komunizmit shqiptar, si i d\u00ebnuar apo i<br \/>\nnd\u00ebshkuar pa asnj\u00eb faj. Por zhg\u00ebnjimi ngriti krye, tashm\u00eb si i burgosur, ndaj shprehet: &#8211;<br \/>\n\u201cNuk ia fal vetes q\u00eb u tregova naiv dhe i besova Enver Hoxh\u00ebs&#8230;&#8230;\u201d. Ashtu si\u00e7 besuan<br \/>\nshumica e intelektual\u00ebve q\u00eb nuk u larguan, por mbeten n\u00eb vend, apo u kthyen p\u00ebr t\u2019i<br \/>\nsh\u00ebrbyer vendit dhe kombit, t\u00eb bindur n\u00eb pafaj\u00ebsi dhe n\u00eb misionin e tyre: \u201cdijet n\u00eb<br \/>\nsh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb atdheut dhe kombit\u201d. Kur po shkruaj k\u00ebto pak radh\u00eb, m\u00eb kumbojn\u00eb n\u00eb vesh<br \/>\nfjal\u00ebt e shkrimtares vlonjate, znj. Vilhelme Vrana-Haxhiraj, (Vivra), kur thot\u00eb: \u201cShpikja<br \/>\nm\u00eb e madhe e komunizmit ishte Lufta e Klasave. M\u00eb e egra q\u00eb ka njohur bota. Q\u00eb i<br \/>\ntrajtoi si tradhtar\u00eb dhe antikomb\u00ebtar\u00eb gjith\u00eb fisnik\u00ebt dhe intelektual\u00ebt me kultur\u00eb<br \/>\nper\u00ebndimore\u201d.<br \/>\nNuk kam arsye t\u00eb shtjelloj koh\u00ebn e \u00e7udirave dhe krimet e pa d\u00ebgjuara t\u00eb<br \/>\nshqiptar\u00ebve ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve. \u00cbsht\u00eb folur e shkruar aq shum\u00eb, megjith\u00ebse ende ka<br \/>\nshum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb, pasi nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre intelektual\u00ebve t\u00eb z\u00ebsh\u00ebm, si\u00e7 ishte edhe<\/p>\n<p>\u201cheroi\u201d yn\u00eb Mirash Ivanaj, ve\u00e7 nd\u00ebshkimit fizik, q\u00ebllimisht u lan\u00eb n\u00eb \u201charres\u00eb\u201d. Pyetja<br \/>\n\u201cPse\u201d, besoj vlen, por nuk gjen p\u00ebrgjigje, aq m\u00eb pak gjen vend n\u00eb zallamahin\u00eb e<br \/>\nkrimeve politike t\u00eb viteve t\u00eb para t\u00eb pas luft\u00ebs. Mjer\u00eb ai q\u00eb futej n\u00eb listat e njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb<br \/>\ndyshuar apo t\u00eb pa d\u00ebshiruar. \u00c7do fjal\u00eb, rresht apo faqe e k\u00ebtij libri, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb plot\u00ebsim i<br \/>\namanetit t\u00eb At Zef Pllumit: \u201cRrno p\u00ebr me tregue!\u201d.<br \/>\nN\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr, q\u00eb un\u00eb e quaj \u201cmonografi jete dhe vepre\u201d, mund t\u00eb ndalem shkurt<br \/>\nn\u00eb disa pjes\u00eb:<br \/>\nSi fillim, t\u00eb gjitha nga pak: f\u00ebmij\u00ebria dhe shkollimi n\u00eb Beograd dhe Rom\u00eb, ku<br \/>\nmorri dy diploma (let\u00ebrsi dhe drejt\u00ebsi), me vler\u00ebsimin maksimal. Zot\u00ebrues i disa gjuh\u00ebve<br \/>\nt\u00eb huaja, (t\u00eb gjalla e t\u00eb vdekura), me kujtes\u00eb t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme, por tep\u00ebr i ndersh\u00ebm<br \/>\nn\u00eb fjal\u00eb dhe bes\u00eb shqiptarie. Kthehet n\u00eb m\u00ebm\u00ebdhe edhe punon si pedagog e publicist,<br \/>\nme ide t\u00eb thekura komb\u00ebtare. N\u00eb vitin 1923, dy v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit Martini dhe Mirashi, s\u00eb bashku<br \/>\nthemeluan revist\u00ebn \u201cRepublika\u201d, si nj\u00eb mjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb shpalosur idet\u00eb atdhetare n\u00eb realitetin<br \/>\ne nd\u00ebrlikuar shqiptar, ku vendi kryesor ishte dhe mbeti Arsimi Komb\u00ebtar Shqiptar. Ide q\u00eb<br \/>\ndo t\u00eb gjej\u00eb zbatim pak vite m\u00eb pas, me shtet\u00ebzimin e shkoll\u00ebs, n\u00eb Reform\u00ebn Arsimore t\u00eb<br \/>\nvitit 1933.<br \/>\nM\u00eb tej, \u201cMinist\u00ebr dhe reformator i pa arritsh\u00ebm\u201d, &#8211; shprehet autori. Un\u00eb do t\u00eb<br \/>\nshtoja model i nj\u00eb burri shteti q\u00eb nuk tundohet nga kolltuku, paraja dhe pasuria, as nga<br \/>\nryshfeti dhe servilizmi, as nga dukja e mburrja vend pa vend. E gjitha mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb dije<br \/>\nt\u00eb thella, mendime t\u00eb qarta dhe te puna e madhe p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb interes t\u00eb<br \/>\nvendit. Reforma arsimore ishte dhe mbeti vepra m\u00eb e madhe, m\u00eb e ndritshme, m\u00eb e<br \/>\nlakuar e m\u00eb lakmuar e \u201cMinistrit t\u00eb hekurt\u201d, Mirash Ivanaj.<br \/>\nLexuesi nuk ka nevoj\u00eb t\u2019i thuhen holl\u00ebsit\u00eb e shumta t\u00eb nd\u00ebrthurura bukur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb<br \/>\nlib\u00ebr, t\u00eb cilat vetiu t\u00eb t\u00ebrheqin magjish\u00ebm, pasi k\u00ebshtu zbehet d\u00ebshira dhe e panjohura<br \/>\nq\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebn t\u00eb mos e l\u00ebshosh nga dora. Por un\u00eb n\u00eb vazhdim, dua t\u00eb sjell nj\u00eb lloj legjende<br \/>\nq\u00eb qarkullon te njer\u00ebzit n\u00eb form\u00eb tregimi apo dialog, mes Mbretit Zog i I-r\u00eb dhe profesorit<br \/>\nMirash Ivanaj, i thirrur n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn mbret\u00ebrore:<br \/>\nBall\u00eb p\u00ebr ball\u00eb dy luan\u00ebt, nj\u00ebri mbret dhe tjetri dijetar, ku pyetjet dhe p\u00ebrgjigjet<br \/>\njan\u00eb fare t\u00eb shkurtra:<br \/>\nMbreti: &#8211; A e di pse t\u00eb kam thirr&#8230;&#8230;!?<br \/>\nProfesori: Tani do ta marr vesh&#8230;&#8230;!<br \/>\n&#8211; Ke shkruar shum\u00eb, se qeveria nuk po e zgjidh problemin e arsimit shqiptar&#8230;&#8230;!<br \/>\n&#8211; Do vazhdoj t\u00eb shkruaj, deri sa t\u00eb gjej\u00eb zgjidhje&#8230;..!<br \/>\n&#8211; Vazhdo t\u00eb shkruash&#8230;.., po ju a mund t\u2019i zbatoni ato q\u00eb thua?<br \/>\n&#8211; Po, mundem! Ve\u00e7 me vullnetin tuaj!<br \/>\nMbreti urdh\u00ebron sekretarin: &#8211; Mirash Ivanaj, q\u00eb sot em\u00ebrohet minist\u00ebr i Arsimit<br \/>\nshqiptar.<br \/>\n\u2013 Pranoj, por me dy kushte, &#8211; thot\u00eb profesori, &#8211; E para: M\u00ebsuesi t\u00eb nderohet dhe<br \/>\nrroga t\u00eb jet\u00eb sa e nj\u00eb kryetar Bashkie dhe e dyta. &#8211; N\u00eb pun\u00ebt e arsimit mos nd\u00ebrhyj\u00eb<br \/>\naskush ve\u00e7 titullar\u00ebve dhe specialist\u00ebve t\u00eb fush\u00ebs.<br \/>\n\u2013 I pranoj, &#8211; thot\u00eb Mbreti, por kam edhe un\u00eb nj\u00eb kusht: &#8211; T\u00eb mbyllen shkollat<br \/>\ngreke&#8230;.!<br \/>\n\u2013 Jo vet\u00ebm shkollat greke, por edhe ato katolike e disa t\u00eb tjera, &#8211; p\u00ebrgjigjet flak<br \/>\np\u00ebr flak\u00eb profesori, tashm\u00eb Minist\u00ebr i Arsimit. Por&#8230;.. N\u00ebse reforma d\u00ebshton, &#8211; vazhdoi<br \/>\nIvanaj, &#8211; apo juve ju k\u00ebmbehet mendja, un\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb jap dor\u00ebheqjen.<br \/>\nDikush mund t\u00eb thot\u00eb, se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb shkruar gj\u00ebkundi kjo histori e shkurt\u00ebr. Pse<br \/>\nduhet ta besojm\u00eb? &#8211; Mbase, por un\u00eb e besoj, sepse m\u00eb p\u00eblqen, aq m\u00eb shum\u00eb, kur<br \/>\nnjihem me faktin se pas dy vjet\u00ebsh 1933-1935, Lidhja e Kombeve e d\u00ebrgoi \u00e7\u00ebshtjen n\u00eb<br \/>\nGjykat\u00ebn e Hag\u00ebs, ku u vendos me vot\u00eb, 8 me 3, duke detyruar Mbret\u00ebrin\u00eb Shqiptare t\u00eb<br \/>\nndryshonte ligjin. Mbreti u thye, nd\u00ebrsa Ministri dha menj\u00ebher\u00eb dor\u00ebheqjen. T\u00eb till\u00eb burra<br \/>\nshteti i duhen Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. M\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb shtohet besimi n\u00eb \u201clegjend\u00ebn\u201d q\u00eb citova pak<\/p>\n<p>m\u00eb lart, kur po lexoj fjal\u00ebt e Mbretit, th\u00ebn\u00eb Mirashit: \u201cQeveri ma t\u00eb mir\u00eb Shqipnia s\u2019ka p\u00ebr<br \/>\nt\u00eb pas, deri sa t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr Ivanaj, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb i drejt\u00eb, i paansh\u00ebm dhe i<br \/>\nzoti\u201d. At\u00eb njeri nuk e merrje vesh asnj\u00eb<br \/>\nher\u00eb, n\u00ebse ishte i ngr\u00ebn\u00eb apo i pa ngr\u00ebn\u00eb, i etur apo i ngopur. Dhe, n\u00eb fund<br \/>\ngjendet zgjidhja duke v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb pun\u00eb logjik\u00ebn: \u201cMbas vdekjes s\u00eb Mirash Ivanajt n\u00eb<br \/>\nspitalin e burgut, n\u00ebn jast\u00ebkun e tij u gjet nj torb\u00eb e bardh\u00eb bezeje.
