A thua kjo ngecje dhe ky stagnim \u00ebsht\u00eb si rrjedhoj\u00eb e problemeve n\u00eb \u201cshtyll\u00ebn\u201d e tij? Rob\u00ebria shekullore ka pasur dhe vazhdon t\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb akoma pasoja t\u00eb r\u00ebnda p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb. Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve \u00ebsht\u00eb punuar, por jo aq sa \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur dhe aq sa ka pasur mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb punohet. \u00cbsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb \u201cdiagnostifikimi\u201d i problemeve. Por, diagnostifikimi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb problem\u00eb aq sa \u00ebsht\u00eb terapia. Duhet pranuar q\u00eb ka pasur p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjidhur problemet, megjithat\u00eb ato ende jan\u00eb prezente, t\u00eb pazgjidhura. Zbatimi i reformave, cil\u00ebsia, vler\u00ebsimi, edukimi, \u201cthyerja\u201d e trek\u00ebnd\u00ebshit pedagogjik ,dhuna, mungesat e shumta t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, r\u00ebnia e interesimit apo e motivit p\u00ebr t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00eb, si dhe mossuksesi i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve jan\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr problemet m\u00eb madhore n\u00eb shkollat tona. Sigurisht p\u00ebr t`i zgjidhur t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto problem duhet angazhim maksimal i profesionist\u00ebve, koh\u00eb, mjete material dhe mbi t\u00eb gjitha vullnet. Ajo q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb shqet\u00ebsues p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb e n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti p\u00ebr m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit, prind\u00ebrit dhe ministrin\u00eb e arsimit \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti q\u00eb p\u00ebr shum\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebs, shkolla \u00ebsht\u00eb gj\u00ebja m\u00eb e m\u00ebrzitshme dhe e neveritshme, q\u00eb ata duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb. Or\u00ebt m\u00ebsimore, jan\u00eb or\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb gjata p\u00ebr ta, nd\u00ebrsa zilja \u00ebsht\u00eb tingulli m\u00eb i \u00ebmb\u00ebl me gjith\u00eb vrazhd\u00ebsin\u00eb e saj. Prandaj, Ministria e Arsimit duhet t\u00eb zhvilloj\u00eb politika dhe t\u00eb hartoj plane, zbatimi i t\u00eb cilave do t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn nj\u00eb ambient m\u00eb t\u00eb dashur, atraktiv dhe stimulues p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit. Kjo do t\u00eb kishte nj\u00eb impakt direkt n\u00eb ngritjen e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb, rritjen e interesimit dhe n\u00eb rezultate m\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqshme n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushjen e objektivave t\u00eb parapara n\u00eb korrikolumin e hartuar nga ministria e arsimit. Nj\u00eb gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb v\u00ebrehet n\u00eb shkollat tona \u00ebsht\u00eb, s\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit stimulohen n\u00eb nx\u00ebnien p\u00ebrmend\u00ebsh \u201cbilbilistik\u00eb\u201d apo \u201cpapagallistik\u00eb\u201d t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebve m\u00ebsimore, gj\u00eb kjo q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundimshme, e lodhshme dhe m\u00eb e keqja jo e dobishme p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe vet\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit. N\u00ebse q\u00ebllimi \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm t\u00eb memorizuarit e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave, at\u00ebher\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb etike t\u00eb mundohen nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit, k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb tani shum\u00eb mir\u00eb mund t\u2019a b\u00ebjn\u00eb kompjuterat. Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr nuk vler\u00ebsohet, stimulohet dhe \u201ckultivohet\u201d t\u00eb nx\u00ebnit logjik, t\u00eb menduarit kreativ, dhe t\u00eb menduarit e pavarur. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb askush kund\u00ebrshtues i t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs angleze, por s\u00eb pari duhet l\u00ebvruar ara, pastaj t\u00eb hedhet fara. Sigurisht n\u00ebse duam q\u00eb ajo t\u00eb bij\u00eb. P\u00ebrndryshe fara e hedhur mbetet vet\u00ebm e hedhur, asgj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb.
