Von\u00eb<br \/>\nkur u rrit\u00ebm e kuptuam se sa t\u00eb dobishme ishin, jo thjesht si m\u00ebsime p\u00ebr<br \/>\nprofesionin, p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar voc\u00ebrrak\u00ebt n\u00eb fshat dhe qytet, shtrir\u00eb m\u00eb tej n\u00eb t\u00eb<br \/>\nkat\u00ebr an\u00ebt e vendit, por m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti edhe p\u00ebr vete, p\u00ebr t\u2019i zbatuar n\u00eb jet\u00ebn<br \/>\nton\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme.<br \/>\nNuk e kam gabim t\u00eb b\u00ebj nj\u00eb pyetje p\u00ebr koleg\u00ebt m\u00ebsues t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha<br \/>\nkoh\u00ebve: &#8211; Kur njeriu m\u00ebsohet t\u00eb njoh\u00eb rregullat dhe t\u00eb veproj\u00eb duke u<br \/>\nmb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb rregulla e ligje, n\u00eb vog\u00ebli apo kur t\u00eb jet\u00eb i rritur&#8230;..?<br \/>\nNuk pres p\u00ebrgjigje pasi e di mir\u00ebfilli p\u00ebrfundimin logjik t\u00eb mendimit,<br \/>\nk\u00ebshtu e di edhe p\u00ebrgjigjen, pasi urt\u00ebsia popullore ka nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb t\u00eb urt\u00eb: \u201cKali<br \/>\nm\u00ebsohet t\u00eb vrapoj\u00eb me revan, sa \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebz i ri, pasi po u rrit nuk m\u00ebsohet<br \/>\nkurr\u00eb\u201d. Ndarja e<br \/>\npun\u00ebs dhe llogaritja e koh\u00ebs, ishte sekreti q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb m\u00ebsonte gjithkush nga<br \/>\nne nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e vegj\u00ebl. Disiplina dhe rregulli mbizot\u00ebronte kudo dhe m\u00ebsuesin e<br \/>\nshikonim si per\u00ebndi e zbritur n\u00eb tok\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb na m\u00ebsuar ne.<br \/>\nK\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr rregull u b\u00eb pjes\u00eb e pandar\u00eb e vet\u00ebdijes son\u00eb gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb<br \/>\nveprimtarive, nj\u00eb lloj mir\u00ebkuptimi dhe bashk\u00ebpunimi i heshtur m\u00ebsues-nx\u00ebn\u00ebs.<br \/>\nAs sot, pas kaq vjet\u00ebsh m\u00ebsues, nuk di si t\u2019i ndaj detyrat dhe t\u00eb drejtat e<br \/>\nnx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, ato jan\u00eb bashk\u00eb, madje duhet t\u00eb peshojn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb detyrat, pastaj<br \/>\nt\u00eb k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe ato t\u00eb m\u00ebsuesve tan\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat ishin<br \/>\nn\u00eb nj\u00eb peshore t\u00eb baraspeshuar.<br \/>\nLe t\u00eb m\u00eb kritikojn\u00eb koleg\u00ebt, kur shprehem se n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme n\u00ebp\u00ebr<br \/>\nshkolla, m\u00eb shum\u00eb dhe me z\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb k\u00ebrkohen t\u00eb drejtat e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, duke<br \/>\nl\u00ebn\u00eb pas dore detyrat. Nj\u00eb tem\u00eb e rrahur disa her\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr artikujt q\u00eb botoheshin<\/p>\n<p>dikur n\u00eb gazet\u00ebn ton\u00eb \u201cM\u00ebsuesi\u201d. Sot e kuptojm\u00eb sa i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm<br \/>\nishte ai post p\u00ebr ecurin\u00eb dhe zhvillimin normal t\u00eb m\u00ebsimit dhe veprimtarive<br \/>\ngjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb koh\u00ebs q\u00eb ne ishim n\u00eb m\u00ebsim. Q\u00eb aty fillonte rregulli. Xha Hasani<br \/>\nnuk lejonte ask\u00ebnd t\u00eb futej dhe t\u00eb dilte pa lej\u00eb n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb. Sa mir\u00eb b\u00ebnte!<br \/>\nMjedisi n\u00eb oborr dhe n\u00ebp\u00ebr klasa, t\u00eb detyronte t\u00eb respektoje pun\u00ebn e<br \/>\np\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, si n\u00eb mbajtjen dhe kujdesin ndaj luleve, ashtu<br \/>\nedhe t\u00eb bibliotek\u00ebs, laborator\u00ebve, orendive shkollore, etj.<br \/>\nSi sot m\u00eb kujtohen bangot prej d\u00ebrrase, jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb pastra e t\u00eb<br \/>\nrehatshme, me nj\u00eb lloj pjerr\u00ebsie q\u00eb shikimi dhe veprimet tona p\u00ebr k\u00ebndim e<br \/>\nshkrim, t\u00eb mos na lodhnin, madje na detyronin q\u00eb t\u00eb rrinim drejt, pa qen\u00eb<br \/>\nnevoja t\u00eb p\u00ebrkuleshim, apo t\u00eb shtremb\u00ebroheshim mbi librin apo fletoren.<br \/>\nN\u00eb klasa dhe korridore mbizot\u00ebronte qet\u00ebsia, ve\u00e7 n\u00eb pushimet mes<br \/>\nor\u00ebve dhe pushimi i madh, shkolla gum\u00ebzhinte si koshere blet\u00ebsh, nga z\u00ebrat<br \/>\ngazmor t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, si cic\u00ebrima zogjsh t\u00eb lir\u00eb e t\u00eb shpenguar.<br \/>\nNuk mund t\u00eb kuptohet ecuria normale e nj\u00eb shkolle pa disiplin\u00eb, jo<br \/>\nvet\u00ebm n\u00eb klas\u00eb, por edhe n\u00eb oborr, n\u00eb terrenin sportiv, n\u00eb menc\u00eb, n\u00eb konvikt,<br \/>\nn\u00eb klas\u00eb dhe n\u00eb or\u00ebt e studimit, etj, etj. Askush nuk mund ta mohoj\u00eb se shkolla<br \/>\n\u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb institucion pune, madje edhe m\u00ebsimi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pun\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, q\u00eb<br \/>\nk\u00ebrkon men\u00e7uri, durim, vullnet e p\u00ebrqendrim t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm. K\u00ebrkesa q\u00eb, jo t\u00eb<br \/>\ngjith\u00eb kan\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00ebn dhe synimin t\u2019i p\u00ebrmbushin. E th\u00ebn\u00eb pak m\u00eb ndryshe: &#8211; T\u00eb<br \/>\ngjith\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebheshin dijetare, shkenc\u00ebtar\u00eb, profesor\u00eb e doktor shkencash, gj\u00eb<br \/>\nq\u00eb nuk ndodh n\u00eb asnj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb dhe n\u00eb asnj\u00eb vend t\u00eb bot\u00ebs. Q\u00eb mos e cungoj<br \/>\nmendimin, m\u00eb duhet t\u00eb shprehem pak letrarisht: &#8211; L\u00ebndina \u00ebsht\u00eb e bukur kur ka<br \/>\nshum\u00eb lule dhe dielli i ngroh t\u00eb gjitha nj\u00ebsoj, por secila ka ngjyr\u00eb dhe arom\u00eb t\u00eb<br \/>\nve\u00e7ant\u00eb. K\u00ebta jan\u00eb talentet, q\u00eb zgjidhen e ushqehen nga mendja dhe dora e<br \/>\nm\u00ebsuesit.<br \/>\nI adhuronim m\u00ebsuesit tan\u00eb. E mbi t\u00eb gjitha, fjala e tyre p\u00ebr ne ishte ligj. I<br \/>\nshikonim n\u00eb drit\u00eb t\u00eb syrit, si t\u00eb pikuar nga qielli, t\u00eb bindur se ata kishin ardhur<br \/>\napostafat p\u00ebr t\u00eb na m\u00ebsuar dhe edukuar q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhemi t\u00eb zot\u00ebt e vetes dhe<br \/>\np\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn tua p\u00ebrcjellim brezave. Sjellja dhe serioziteti i tyre na b\u00ebnte q\u00eb t\u2019i<br \/>\nadhurojm\u00eb n\u00eb heshtje. Disa prej tyre i kishim si model p\u00ebr t\u2019i ndjekur n\u00eb jet\u00eb.<br \/>\nBesoj se nuk ka gj\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb bukur, kur nx\u00ebn\u00ebsi krijon idhullin e tij, duke marr\u00eb si<br \/>\nshembull m\u00ebsuesin e tij. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb udh\u00eb mendimi, i jap t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dijetarit, Guy<br \/>\nKawasaki, i cili shprehet: \u201cN\u00ebse do krijoni monumente p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit e<br \/>\nr\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm, krijoni p\u00ebr m\u00ebsuesit. Ata jan\u00eb heronjt\u00eb e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb son\u00eb\u201d.<br \/>\nNuk them se ne nuk b\u00ebnim \u00e7apk\u00ebnll\u00ebqe t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb nuk<br \/>\nmungonte edhe qortimi kur ishte e nevojshme, si form\u00eb pune nga m\u00ebsuesit<br \/>\ntan\u00eb, p\u00ebrher\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndrequr gj\u00ebrat. Mbetet e paharruar puna e m\u00ebsuesve tan\u00eb, plot k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulje, q\u00eb<br \/>\ntema t\u00eb kuptohej q\u00eb n\u00eb klas\u00eb, duke na leht\u00ebsuar pun\u00ebn n\u00eb studim dhe<br \/>\np\u00ebrgatitjen e detyrave, si pjes\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme e m\u00ebsimit. Sa njer\u00ebzor\u00eb dhe<br \/>\nprofesionalisht silleshin me ne, kur duke na shikuar n\u00eb sy, na pyesnin: &#8211; \u201cE<\/p>\n<p>kuptuat m\u00ebsimin?\u201d, dhe ne n\u00eb kor p\u00ebrgjigjeshim: &#8211; \u201cPoooo!\u201d.
