Me dram\u00ebn<br \/>\n\u201cBesa\u201d Samiu d\u00ebshmoi p\u00ebr larmin kulturore dhe etnike n\u00eb nj\u00eb epok\u00eb reformash t\u00eb<br \/>\nr\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme si\u00e7 ishte ajo e Tanzimatit.<br \/>\nSamiu si njoh\u00ebs i mir\u00eb i gjuh\u00ebve t\u00eb huaja si greqishten e vjet\u00ebr dhe at\u00eb moderne dhe<br \/>\nklasike, si dhe latinisht, f\u00ebrngjisht dhe italisht, mori m\u00ebsime edhe n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn perse dhe<br \/>\narabe. Shemsedin Samiu zotronte nj\u00eb arsim relativisht t\u00eb gjer\u00eb dhe ishte njoh\u00ebs i shk\u00eblqyer<br \/>\ni shum\u00eb kulturave t\u00eb ndryshme intelektuale dhe emocionale.<br \/>\nE themi me bindje se ai ishte nj\u00eb intelektual otomano &#8211; shqiptar i dor\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb. Nga<br \/>\nfundi i vitit 1826 Sulltan Mahmuti i II -t\u00eb d\u00ebboi Bektashinjt\u00eb duke i detyruar t\u00eb marrin<br \/>\narratin dhe shum\u00eb prej tyre u vendos\u00ebn n\u00eb krahinat e larg\u00ebta t\u00eb perandoris\u00eb, n\u00eb<br \/>\nShqip\u00ebri.<br \/>\nBektashinjt\u00eb pinin ver\u00eb dhe nuk i vinin fare r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi mbajtjes s\u00eb agj\u00ebrimit gjat\u00eb muajit t\u00eb<br \/>\nRamazanit. Bektashinjt\u00eb dhan\u00eb ndihmes\u00ebn e tyre n\u00eb zhvillimin e kultur\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs<br \/>\nshqipe.<br \/>\nN\u00eb vepr\u00ebn \u201cSh\u00ebnime Bektashiane\u201d, q\u00eb Naimi e shkroi aty nga viti 1895, ai shpreh<br \/>\nshpres\u00ebn, se feja Bektashiane, duke pasur prejardhjen si nga Bibla e krishter\u00eb ashtu<br \/>\ndhe nga Kurani mysliman, do t\u00eb shfaqet nj\u00eb dit\u00eb si feja kombtare e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb<br \/>\nshqiptar\u00ebve.<br \/>\nN\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi Shqip\u00ebria sipas autorit del nj\u00eb komb me tre besime fetare, t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta nga<br \/>\nana ligjore, musliman\u00ebt dhe katolik\u00ebt jan\u00eb n\u00eb num\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb madh se ortodoksit.<br \/>\nShqiptar\u00ebt mysliman jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapur n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, katolik\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrq\u00ebndruar n\u00eb<br \/>\nveri, kurse ortodoksit n\u00eb jug.<br \/>\nN\u00eb vitet 1900 ndodhi \u201cp\u00ebrmbysja e madhe\u201d e k\u00ebtyre raporteve, ku tre besimet u<br \/>\np\u00ebrzien duksh\u00ebm dhe u \u00e7vendos\u00ebn n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, Durr\u00ebsit dhe zonave<br \/>\nfushore, gj\u00eb e cila ka sjell shum\u00eb probleme me z\u00ebnien e tokave nga k\u00ebto komunitete<br \/>\nnga t\u00eb gjitha trevat e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<br \/>\nN\u00eb librin e tij autori shkruan: \u201cTosk\u00ebt b\u00ebjn\u00eb \u00e7do lloj pune dhe jan\u00eb m\u00eb qytet\u00ebs dhe<br \/>\nqevrisja e familjes nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e nd\u00ebrtuar mbi baz\u00ebn e fiseve, por ligj\u00ebsive, nd\u00ebrsa<br \/>\ngeg\u00ebt jan\u00eb barinj dhe qeverisin n\u00eb baz\u00ebn e zakoneve fisnore.<br \/>\nLibri b\u00ebn fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr vitet 1830-1912, duke i b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb t\u00eb holl\u00ebsishme zhvillimit t\u00eb<br \/>\nngjarjeve n\u00eb rajonin e ballkanit, ku n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet fakteve q\u00eb na sjell n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona tregon p\u00ebr<br \/>\nrebelimin q\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebsaj popull\u00ebsie n\u00ebn\u00eb parrull\u00ebn \u201cp\u00ebr\u00e7a dhe sundo\u201d. N\u00eb vitin 1830<br \/>\nfqinji yn\u00eb Greqia fiton atonomin. N\u00eb librin \u201cGjys\u00ebmh\u00ebna dhe shqiponja\u201d autori trajton; &#8211;<br \/>\nse vendi sidomos tosk\u00ebria qeverisej mbi baz\u00ebn e fiseve. K\u00ebta fise jan\u00eb; -N\u00eb Hot, tre<\/p>\n<p>fise, Shkreli, Kastrati dhe Gruda. N\u00eb Mal\u00ebsin\u00eb e vog\u00ebl jetonin shat\u00eb fise; -Shala,<br \/>\nShoshaj, Toplana dhe Nikaj.<br \/>\nK\u00ebta ishin fiset m\u00eb t\u00eb njohura. Shala pretendonte se kishte kat\u00ebr bajraktar. Mir\u00ebdita<br \/>\nkishte pes\u00eb bajraktar. Kuvendi fiseve mblidhej n\u00eb Orosh, p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur \u00e7\u00ebshtjet<br \/>\nfisnore.<br \/>\nMir\u00ebdita ishte fisi m\u00eb i pushtetsh\u00ebm n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb provinc\u00ebn dhe fort i pa varur.<br \/>\nNga viti 1983-1899 Mir\u00ebdit\u00ebn vet\u00ebm shtat\u00eb persona pat\u00ebn fatin ta vizitojn\u00eb n\u00eb 20 vitet<br \/>\ne fundit, nj\u00ebri prej tyre ishte Vali.<br \/>\n\u201cOrganizimi fisnor\u201d n\u00eb Mir\u00ebdit\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebnte nj\u00eb forc\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, se sa feja mes<br \/>\nmal\u00ebsorve. Besa \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb zakon q\u00eb ka luajtur nj\u00eb rol t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb e<br \/>\nmal\u00ebsorve, nj\u00eb zakon me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb i denj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb sken\u00ebn otomane.<br \/>\nFiset lidhnin bes\u00eb p\u00ebr tu bashkuar kund\u00ebr qeveris\u00eb otomane dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim besa<br \/>\nsh\u00ebrbente p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur atonomin\u00eb fisnore. M\u00eb tep\u00ebr besa p\u00ebrdorej p\u00ebr t\u00eb rregulluar<br \/>\n\u00e7\u00ebshtjet brenda dhe jasht\u00eb fisit.<br \/>\nPopull\u00ebsia e Sanxhakut t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs nuk e kryente sh\u00ebrbimin ushtarak, shumica e kazave<br \/>\nnuk paguanin asnj\u00eb taks\u00eb, u mungonin gjithashtu dekumentat e rregjistrimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm<br \/>\nt\u00eb popullsis\u00eb apo librat e rregjistrimit t\u00eb tok\u00ebs.<br \/>\nA nuk ndodhi ky fenomen dhe n\u00eb vitet \u201997 e m\u00eb pas q\u00eb shumica e popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb rrethet<br \/>\nShkod\u00ebr, Tropoj\u00eb, Kuk\u00ebs, Kam\u00ebz duke mos p\u00ebrjashtuar dhe Vlor\u00ebn, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk paguanin<br \/>\ndetyrimet shtet\u00ebrore p\u00ebr ujin dhe dritat!?&#8230;<br \/>\nDrama \u201cBesa\u201d e shkruar nga Shemsedin Samiu i q\u00ebndron aktualitetit edhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona.<br \/>\nAutori na sjell rolin q\u00eb luajt\u00ebn dhe kontributin e figurave t\u00eb njohura si Avdyl Frash\u00ebri, deputet<br \/>\ni Janin\u00ebs, Pashko Vasa, Jani Vreto, Kostadin Kristoforidhi, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin nga an\u00ebtr\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb<br \/>\nspikatur t\u00eb organizat\u00ebs \u201cKomiteti p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb shqiptarve\u201d.<br \/>\nAvdul Ahmiti gjat\u00eb mbret\u00ebrimit 32 vje\u00e7ar, 1876-1909 erdhi duke u p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar, &#8211;<br \/>\nshkruan autori, sidomos gjat\u00eb reform\u00ebs s\u00eb Tanzimatit. Gjat\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit n\u00eb pushtet, ai<br \/>\nu mbshtet gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb te Shqiptar\u00ebt.<br \/>\nN\u00eb parim ai mori p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr funksionet ekzekutive dhe ligjvend\u00ebse t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb, duke i b\u00ebr\u00eb<br \/>\nball \u00e7do kontrolli dhe bilanci. Ai mbikqyrte drejt\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebdrejti \u00e7\u00ebshtjet administrative, duke<br \/>\np\u00ebrdorur politik\u00ebn e centralizmit.<br \/>\nPra, t\u00eb gjitha \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e shtetit i kalonin p\u00ebr mbikqyrje atij. P\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur nj\u00eb kontrioll t\u00eb fort<br \/>\nmbi qeverin ai u mbshtet te burimet njer\u00ebzore. Shtrirja e rrjetit telefonik lejoi nj\u00eb komunikim<br \/>\nt\u00eb shpejt me pallatin nga ai informohej.<br \/>\nAvdul Ahmiti gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij mbeti i angazhuar n\u00eb zgjerimin e reformave t\u00eb<br \/>\nTanzimatit. Duke v\u00ebn\u00eb theksin te islamizmi Avdul Ahmiti i dha nj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb<br \/>\nperandori. Avdul Ahmiti kishte besim tek trim\u00ebria dhe p\u00ebrkushtimi i shqiptar\u00ebve.<br \/>\nN\u00eb Rumeli shqiptar\u00ebt konsideroheshin si nj\u00eb bastion p\u00ebr realizimin e politikave t\u00eb tij.<br \/>\nV\u00ebzhgusit konfirmojn\u00eb q\u00eb Avdul Ahmiti u akordoi shqiptar\u00ebve rojen e pallatit\u2026<br \/>\nShqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb tij shpesh Avdul Ahmitin e quajn\u00eb \u201cbaba mbret\u201d.<br \/>\nN\u00eb librin \u201cGjysm\u00ebh\u00ebna dhe shqiptar\u00ebt\u201d, autori sjell n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet fakteve dhe zgjuarsin\u00eb q\u00eb<br \/>\np\u00ebrdor Avdul Ahmiti duke caktuar n\u00eb detyr\u00ebn e Guvernatorit n\u00eb Liban Pashko Vasa nga<br \/>\nShkodra, detyr\u00eb q\u00eb e kreu deri sa vdiq.<br \/>\nRoli i Shemsedin Samiut dhe kontributi q\u00eb ai ka luajtur p\u00ebr njohjen e Shqipq\u00ebris, autori na e<br \/>\nnxjerr n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrsosur si nj\u00eb diplomat atoman dhe shqiptar\u00eb besnik me dy shtet\u00ebsi.<br \/>\nN\u00eb pah del m\u00eb s\u00eb miri kontributi i Shemsedin Samiut, q\u00eb dha p\u00ebr atdheun e vet n\u00eb<br \/>\nveprat e pavdekshme, \u201cShqip\u00ebria \u00e7\u2019ka q\u00ebn\u00eb, \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb dhe \u00e7\u2019b\u00ebhet\u201d, e cila u botua pas<br \/>\nvdekjes s\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vep\u00ebr Shemsedin Samiu p\u00ebrmend fakte p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, truallin, popullin, dhe<br \/>\nvendin q\u00eb z\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb histori. N\u00eb lib\u00ebr flitet p\u00ebr Sk\u00ebnderbeun, shtjellon shkurtimisht<br \/>\nperiudh\u00ebn e sundimit otoman, gjat\u00eb s\u00eb cil\u00ebs nj\u00ebzet e pes\u00eb vezir\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj kishin<br \/>\nq\u00ebn\u00eb shqiptar, bile n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr shprehet se, Aristoteli \u00ebsht\u00eb me origjin\u00eb shqiptare.<br \/>\nN\u00eb konteksin e fillimit t\u00eb shekullit nj\u00ebzet\u00eb, shqiptar\u00ebt mund ta konsideronin bes\u00ebn si nj\u00eb mjet<br \/>\np\u00ebr t\u00eb bashkuar shqiptar\u00ebt si nj\u00eb komb n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb m\u00ebm\u00ebdheut dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur nj\u00eb<br \/>\nprogram kombtar.<br \/>\nSi p\u00ebrfundim gjat\u00eb leximit t\u00eb thelluar t\u00eb librit arrin n\u00eb konkluzion se politika shtet\u00ebrore q\u00eb<br \/>\nb\u00ebhej n\u00eb ato vite ishte q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shtetasit ishin t\u00eb barabart\u00eb pa dallim feje dhe krahine, por<br \/>\nn\u00eb fakt ndodhte e kund\u00ebrta.<br \/>\nSundimi i Avdul Hamitit u mbshtet mbi islamizmin, por autori thekson se t\u00eb dyja fet\u00eb kishin<br \/>\nvend n\u00eb qeverisje n\u00eb shenj\u00ebn e barazis\u00eb.
