Dalim n\u00eb konkluzion se gjumi me LJSHS nuk p\u00ebrmban nj\u00eb gjendje mend\u00ebrisht aktive t\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjes.<br \/>\nP\u00ebrdorimi i substancave q\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajn\u00eb stimulant q\u00eb rritin veprimtarin\u00eb e sistemit nervor q\u00ebndror dhe shpejt\u00ebsin\u00eb e sjelljeve, krijojn\u00eb te njer\u00ebzit p\u00ebrdorues syhapt\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe ndjenj\u00ebn e euforis\u00eb.<br \/>\nPersonat q\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin kafen\u00eb e cila ndikon te korteksi cerebral i trurit, e cila jep syhap\u00ebsi mendore, nga dozat e shpeshta p\u00ebrdoruesi p\u00ebrjeton\u00eb pagjum\u00ebsin\u00eb, eksitimin, ankthin dhe frym\u00ebmarrje t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb.<br \/>\nN\u00eb rast se p\u00ebrdoruesi e nd\u00ebrpret kafen\u00eb e m\u00ebngjesit te ai shfaqen \u00e7rregullime mendore si dhimbje koke, nervoziz\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrziera. Edhe alkoli n\u00eb doza t\u00eb m\u00ebdha ul reagueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb seksuale te njeriu dhe \u00e7rregullon gjumin me LSHS, kordinimin motor, t\u00ebmenduarit dhe perceptimin dhe shkon deri n\u00eb probleme fiziologjike, sikund\u00ebr jan\u00eb s\u00ebmundjet e m\u00ebl\u00e7is\u00eb dhe humbja e kujtes\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Meditimi \u00ebsht\u00eb praktika e p\u00ebrqindrimit t\u00eb shtendosur q\u00eb bllokon stimujt v\u00ebmendjes larguese.
