Madje m\u00eb duket se ngacmimi seksual i f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, adoleshent\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb krim n\u00eb zgjerim. Ata ndihen t\u00eb rrezikuar nga pedofil\u00ebt, manjak\u00ebt e seksit, predator\u00ebt e \u201cmishit t\u00eb njom\u00eb\u201d. Kudo n\u00eb rrug\u00eb por paradoksalisht edhe n\u00eb institucione t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb garant t\u00eb jet\u00ebs dhe siguris\u00eb morale t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve sikurse jan\u00eb fmilja dhe shkolla. Opinioni publik \u00ebsht\u00eb tronditur nga sjelljet perverse pedofilike t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb degraduar t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs, hetreroseksual\u00eb apo homoseksual\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7orroditur, njer\u00ebz pa personalitet, apo q\u00ebnie \u201ccentaur\u201d, dmth gjys\u00ebm njeri e gjys\u00ebm kafsh\u00eb. Por q\u00eb t\u00eb besonim se pedofil mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb drejtor shkolle, q\u00eb ngacmon apo k\u00ebrkon favore seksuale nga nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e vet, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb kulmi i marr\u0451zis\u0451. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Rasti i drejtorit t\u00eb Pogradecit tregon se kjo e keqe sociale ka filluar t\u00eb banalizohet. Ato jan\u00eb t\u00eb brendshme dhe kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me raportet delikate midis \u201ctrupit\u201d, pjekuris\u00eb seksuale t\u00eb parakohshme t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, munges\u00ebs s\u00eb kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb nevojshme seksuale q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cdiga mbrojt\u00ebse\u201d dhe busulla diktuese e dallimit t\u00eb ngacmuesit seksual. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi dhe jan\u00eb \u201cm\u00ebkatar\u00eb\u201d edhe prind\u00ebrit e f\u0451mij\u0451ve, q\u00eb nuk flasin, nuk komunikojn\u00eb, nuk u tregojn\u00eb rreziqet eventuale t\u00eb kriminel\u00ebve seksual\u00eb. Por edhe shkolla nuk b\u00ebn si duhet detyr\u00ebn e formimit t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb seksualitetit tek f\u00ebmij\u00ebt dhe sidomos p\u00ebr reagimin dhe denoncimin pa hezitim t\u00eb pedofil\u00ebve. M\u00eb lejoni t\u2019a theksoj se \u201crevolucioni seksual\u201d q\u00eb n\u00eb Europ\u00eb ndodhi nga vitet 70 &#8211; t\u00eb t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb kaluar liberalizoi shum\u00eb kultur\u00ebn e seksualitetit human, por njer\u00ebzimi as sot, as kurr\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb ekzistenc\u00ebn e formave perverse e kriminale sikurse jan\u00eb incesti, pedofilia, zoofilia, etj. In\u00e7esti nuk ka asnj\u00eb baz\u00eb humane e morale, sepse nuk mund t\u00eb pranohen si gj\u00ebndje normale lidhjet romantike apo marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet seksuale midis babait dhe vajz\u00ebs, n\u00ebn\u00ebs dhe djalit, motr\u00ebs dhe v\u00ebllait apo edhe n\u00eb lidhje pak m\u00eb t\u00eb larg\u00ebta gjaku, sikurse jan\u00eb lidhjet midis xhaxhait, dajos, nipit dhe mbes\u00ebs. Qytet\u00ebrimi ka q\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb triumf mbi format kriminale t\u00eb seksualitetit sepse ai ndau kufirin human nga barbaria sekuale. F\u00ebmij\u00ebt duhen mbrojtur edhe nga abuzimet. Qoft\u00eb edhe aq t\u00eb pak\u00ebt sa mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb raport me m\u00ebsuesit e nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsh\u00ebm dhe qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb edukuar. Nd\u00ebrsa tema e raporteve dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve t\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve me rrjetet sociale, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tem\u00eb e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb q\u00eb duhet trajtuar integralisht. P\u00ebrkundrazi ne duhet t\u00eb kultivojm\u00eb at\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegje qytetare q\u00eb na m\u00ebson se \u201cheshtja dhe mungesa e denoncimit\u201d jan\u00eb veprime kriminale. Megjithat\u00eb koh\u00ebt e fundit ka nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb denoncimit t\u00eb ngacmimit seksual. S\u00eb pari nga vet\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt dhe pastaj edhe nga prind\u00ebrit e tyre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\">6 \u2013 Duke njohur rolin edukativ t\u00eb sistemit ton\u00eb arsimor, a mendoni se n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme b\u00ebh\u00ebt mjaftuesh\u00ebm pun\u00eb edukative me nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit n\u00eb shkollat tona?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 N\u00eb ka nj\u00eb gj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn shkolla ka p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb niveli i ul\u00ebt i pun\u00ebs edukative q\u00eb zhvillohet n\u00eb shkollat tona. Shkolla po shfaq nj\u00eb lloj nj\u00ebanshm\u00ebrie jo normale, nga q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e dh\u00ebn\u00eb e t\u00ebra pas plot\u00ebsimit t\u00eb parametrave t\u00eb nx\u00ebnjes s\u00eb dijeve, por me pak v\u00ebm\u00ebndje lidhur me formimin qytetar t\u00eb tyre. Po k\u00ebshtu edhe p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn q\u00eb zhvillohet pa cil\u00ebsi, me paradigm paragjykuese n\u00eb zgjerimin e kultur\u00ebs seksuale t\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve. Un\u00eb besoj se shkolla duhet t\u00eb rishikoj\u00eb programet dhe kurrikulat q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me edukimin seksual dhe formimin qytetar t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi sfer\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjes dhe edukimit seksual t\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve tan\u00eb. T\u00eb ligj\u00ebrosh p\u00ebr seksualitetin dhe t\u00eb transmetosh kultur\u00eb seksuale tek t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb, do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb duhet s\u00eb pari vet\u00eb t\u00eb kesh koncepte t\u00eb qarta, vizion dhe mjetet e duhura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\">7 \u2013 Po ora n\u00eb kujdestari, q\u00eb praktikohet n\u00eb shkollat tona, p\u00ebr \u04abfar\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret? Ora n\u00eb kujdestari \u00ebsht\u00eb parapar\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb edukimit qytetar dhe p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime edukative humano &#8211; qytetare.
