Ndaj p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt shoq\u00ebria njer\u00ebzore \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrher\u00eb m\u00eb e ndjeshme, sikurse dhe institucionet e saj, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht ato t\u00eb arsimit, kultur\u00ebs, shkenc\u00ebs apo dhe fushave t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb kan\u00eb prioritet t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm ndaj f\u00ebmij\u00ebve dhe edukimit, pajisjes s\u00eb tyre me njohur t\u00eb gj\u00ebra dhe t\u00eb sakta sociale, shkencore, kulturore, artistike, humane dhe t\u00eb tradit\u00ebs, drejtime k\u00ebto q\u00eb e shoq\u00ebrojn\u00eb njeriun gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb rrug\u00ebtimit t\u00eb jet\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"SQ\" xml:lang=\"SQ\">Jo thjesht p\u00ebr t\u00eb shuar kureshtjen, por si nj\u00eb obligim p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e af\u00ebrt dhe t\u00eb larg\u00ebt \u00a0t\u00eb tyre, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb artikull do t\u00eb ve\u00e7nim iden\u00eb se, trinomi shkoll\u00eb &#8211; familje &#8211; komunitet mbetet gjithnj\u00eb faktor primar dhe q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon vler\u00ebsim t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr edukimin dhe mir\u00ebrritjen e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve. N\u00eb realitetin e sot\u00ebm, kur shkolla po integrohet gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb tej drejt standardeve bashk\u00ebkohore evropiane, kur tekstet e programet po\u00a0 pasurohen dhe alternohen me p\u00ebrzgjedhje dhe cil\u00ebsia e tyre vjen e rritet, pjes\u00ebmarrja e prind\u00ebrve dhe ndihmesa e tyre n\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar po merr r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb dhe po shfaq tipare e rrug\u00eb t\u00eb reja\u00a0 n\u00eb menaxhimin sa m\u00eb racional t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t&#8217;u dh\u00ebn\u00eb ndihm\u00eb sa m\u00eb t\u00eb kualifikuar dhe efektive f\u00ebmij\u00ebve tan\u00eb. \u00a0Q\u00eb t\u00eb realizohet plot\u00ebsisht dhe pa ekuivoke ky objektiv madhor, doemos q\u00eb duhen investuar energji pune konkrete edhe nga prind\u00ebrit, \u00a0familja q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb baza e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb dhe q\u00eb p\u00ebrgatit f\u00ebmij\u00ebn\u00a0 p\u00ebr t`u futur n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e shkollimit, q\u00eb ta p\u00ebrgatit at\u00eb si nj\u00eb lastar t\u00eb \u00a0fresk\u00ebt, t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe pa cene e\u00a0 d\u00ebmtime fizike e biologjike. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb garanci e madhe q\u00eb f\u00ebmija t\u00eb integrohet sa m\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe sa m\u00eb natyrsh\u00ebm n\u00eb mjedisin shkollor dhe t\u00eb ec\u00eb p\u00ebrpara drejt rritjes dhe zhvillimit t\u00eb tij \u00a0t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm si qytetar i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb moderne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"SQ\" xml:lang=\"SQ\">Q\u00eb t\u00eb edukosh dhe t\u00eb moralizosh, duhet t\u00eb jesh vet\u00eb nj\u00eb shembull jete, pune dhe edukimi. Dhe, si i till\u00eb, je n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb ndihmosh f\u00ebmij\u00ebn m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa me fjal\u00ebn t\u00ebnde, me vepr\u00ebn t\u00ebnde, me t\u00eb qenit qytetar dhe njeri, me karakter t\u00eb fort\u00eb dhe t\u00eb pal\u00ebkundur p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahur t\u00eb ren\u00eb dhe\u00a0 p\u00ebrparimtaren, k\u00ebrkesat e koh\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb zhvillimit. Kjo nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb prind\u00ebrit duhet doemos t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb kulmin e shkollimit, q\u00eb t\u00eb jen n\u00eb krye t\u00eb shkencave dhe zhvillimeve, sepse k\u00ebto jan\u00eb raste q\u00eb nuk i gjen me boll\u00ebk, por n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb k\u00ebrkohet q\u00eb t\u00eb jesh njeri dhe qytetar i denj\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb transmetosh n\u00eb jet\u00eb dhe n\u00eb pun\u00eb vlera njer\u00ebzore. Kjo varet nga gjithkush, nuk ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj as me p\u00ebrgatitjen shkencore dhe sociale, por me q\u00ebndrimin njer\u00ebzor ndaj jet\u00ebs, pun\u00ebs, njeriut. Kjo ka shum\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi n\u00eb edukimin e\u00a0 njeriut dhe ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb edukimin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve me vlera morale dhe humane, por edhe me p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb celur p\u00ebrpara f\u00ebmij\u00ebve horizonte t\u00ebreja, t\u00eb zgjojn\u00eb kureshtjen e tyre si dhe d\u00ebshira dhe vendosm\u00ebri p\u00ebr t\u00eb ecur n\u00eb jet\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb \u00a0secili ndihmes\u00ebn \u00a0e\u00a0 tij n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shoq\u00ebri\u00a0 ku ne jetojm\u00eb sot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"SQ\" xml:lang=\"SQ\">Koha k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb \u00a0an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e familjes t\u00eb \u00a0jen\u00eb model n\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzimin sa m\u00eb racional t\u00eb koh\u00ebs p\u00ebr t`u marr\u00eb me edukimin dhe \u00a0mir\u00ebrritjen e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve. Kjo do t\u00eb ndikonte n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjen psikologjike dhe formimin me aft\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe shprehit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb nevojshme dhe m\u00eb elementare p\u00ebr t`u integruar sa m\u00eb leht\u00eb dhe sa m\u00eb natyrsh\u00ebm n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb e sotme demokratike. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuad\u00ebr, f\u00ebmij\u00ebt \u00a0t`i edukojm\u00eb t\u00eb zbatojn\u00eb me rigorozitet nj\u00eb regjim ditor, q\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me orientimet dhe k\u00ebshillat e specialist\u00ebve, psikolog\u00ebve dhe sociolog\u00ebve, edukator\u00ebve q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn e pun\u00ebs frytdh\u00ebn\u00ebse \u00a0e\u00a0 q\u00eb garanton t\u00eb ardhmen e sigurt t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve. \u00a0Merr kjo p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi kjo tani n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e pandemis\u00eb\u00a0 s\u00eb COVID-19 kur, jo vet\u00ebm vendi yn\u00eb, por e gjith\u00eb bota \u00ebsht\u00eb mb\u00ebrthyer n\u00eb nj\u00eb kriz\u00eb t\u00eb gjithanshme social-kulturore dhe ekonomike dhe p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb gjej\u00eb rrug\u00ebt m\u00eb efektive dhe m\u00eb jet\u00ebsore q\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, si edhe t\u00eb rriturit, ta p\u00ebrballojn\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb keqe q\u00eb i kanoset jet\u00ebs s\u00eb njer\u00ebzve.\u00a0 Natyrisht q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb jan\u00eb krijuar edhe p\u00ebrvoja, madje edhe efektive n\u00eb edukimin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, por, gjith\u00ebsesi, ata jan\u00eb dhe duhet t\u00eb mbeten kurdoher\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb dhe t\u00eb trajtohen me p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi nga familja, shoq\u00ebria, shteti dhe institucionet e tij t\u00eb specializuara.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"SQ\" xml:lang=\"SQ\">Dihet se f\u00ebmij\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb\u00a0 p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, sepse secili ka p\u00ebrgatitje e aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb ndryshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb kapur me shpejt ose m\u00eb ngadal\u00eb fjala vjen nivelin p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsues t\u00eb dijeve q\u00eb merren n\u00eb shkolla. N\u00ebse nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve me prirje t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta dhe t\u00eb talentuar, u mbetet m\u00eb shum\u00eb koh\u00eb e lir\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mund ta shfryt\u00ebzojn\u00eb p\u00ebr zgjerimin e horizontit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar gjuh\u00ebt e huaja p\u00ebr zbavitje, pushim etj., nuk ndodh kjo me ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb disi m\u00eb t\u00eb ngadalt\u00eb dhe q\u00eb u mungon pasioni dhe d\u00ebshira, apo q\u00eb edukimi i tyre i lihet spontanitetit, n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb nga ata prind\u00ebr q\u00eb, ose nuk i kan\u00eb kushtet e duhura ekonomike dhe sociale dhe arsimore, apo ata q\u00eb neglizhojn\u00eb me edukimin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, duke u k\u00ebnaqur vet\u00ebm me faktin se i kan\u00eb shpur\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyre n\u00eb shkollat m\u00eb t\u00eb mira, se u japin para \u00e7do dit\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar k\u00ebrkesat e tyre\u00a0 etj. Nj\u00eb prind i till\u00eb harron se, m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa biznesi i madh q\u00eb drejton, m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa ato para q\u00eb ai depoziton dhe shton\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00eb n\u00eb bank\u00eb, investimi i tij m\u00eb i madh \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe mbetet n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb edukimi, mir\u00ebrritja dhe shkollimi i f\u00ebmij\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, q\u00eb ai t\u00eb ndjek rrug\u00ebn e drejt\u00eb t\u00eb dijes p\u00ebr t`u b\u00ebr\u00eb dikush n\u00eb jet\u00eb dhe jo t\u00eb mburret apo t\u00eb jetoj\u00eb me th\u00ebrrimet apo emrin e babait t\u00eb tij. Sigurisht q\u00eb \u00a0\u00ebsht\u00eb e domosdoshme t\u00eb hiqet dor\u00eb nga privimi i f\u00ebmij\u00ebve nga aktivitetet\u00a0 \u00e7lodh\u00ebse, q\u00eb fatkeq\u00ebsisht\u00a0 praktikohet nga disa prind\u00ebr. Pushimet e \u00e7lodhjes duhet t&#8217;u kushtojn\u00eb po aq r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi sa edhe m\u00ebsimit sepse ato sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb p\u00ebr freskimin e sistemit m\u00ebsimor, gj\u00eb q\u00eb ndikon p\u00ebr mir\u00eb\u00a0 n\u00eb p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsimin e dijeve. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"SQ\" xml:lang=\"SQ\">Psikolog\u00ebt e sot\u00ebm rekomandojn\u00eb q\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt \u00a0t`i m\u00ebsojn\u00eb e realizojn\u00eb her\u00eb pas here administrimin e koh\u00ebs, ato k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb q\u00eb brenda dit\u00ebs nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit\u00a0 t\u00eb dij\u00eb se \u00e7do t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb dhe \u00e7ka b\u00ebr\u00eb. Por f\u00ebmij\u00ebt nuk e kan\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb pavarur, ata kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr ndihm\u00ebn e prindit, q\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsohen se sa koh\u00eb kan\u00eb harxhuar p\u00ebr gj\u00ebra t\u00eb par\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb\u00a0 problemeve m\u00ebsimore.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"SQ\" xml:lang=\"SQ\">Psikologu Alan n\u00eb librin e tij q\u00eb titullohet &#8221; Si t\u00eb arrini t\u00eb kontrolloni koh\u00ebn dhe jet\u00ebn tuaj&#8221;, k\u00ebtij problem i v\u00eb shum\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi. Kjo ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi shum\u00eb t\u00eb madhe jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn e shkoll\u00ebs por edhe si p\u00ebrgatitje p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn. Ka raste q\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve ua marrin koh\u00ebn edhe prind\u00ebrit. Jo rrall\u00eb ndodh q\u00eb ata t`i ngarkojn\u00eb\u00a0 koh\u00eb pa koh\u00eb me pun\u00eb t\u00eb dor\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb, ose n\u00eb dim\u00ebr kur nuk i krijojn\u00eb kushte p\u00ebr studim\u00a0 dhe ata detyrohet &#8221; t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatiten&#8221; p\u00ebr t\u00eb nes\u00ebrmen duke q\u00ebndruar pran\u00eb televizorit\u00a0 apo komjuterit n\u00eb mes bisedave t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb familjes. Vet\u00ebm ata q\u00eb merren me studimin e k\u00ebtij problem, mund ta din\u00eb se si nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve u humbet koha q\u00eb kan\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion p\u00ebr t&#8217;u p\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr m\u00ebsime. N\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb jan\u00eb m\u00ebsuesit pastaj vijn\u00eb prind\u00ebrit q\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrpiqen ta harmonizojn\u00eb pun\u00ebn, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimisht ta sh\u00ebrojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb plag\u00eb q\u00eb po shfaqet duksh\u00ebm n\u00eb sistemin e pun\u00ebs s\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve. Duke q\u00ebndruar \u00a0indiferent, t\u00eb dy pal\u00ebt nuk mund t\u00eb nxjerrin kurr\u00eb rezultate nga puna q\u00eb po b\u00ebn m\u00ebsuesi. Prandaj lufta kund\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit me hope t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi mbetet problem p\u00ebrfundimtar n\u00eb rritjen e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb procesit m\u00ebsimor. Edhe bota e jashtme akademike, k\u00ebtij problem i kushtojn\u00eb nj\u00eb v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, aft\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe dhuntin\u00eb natyrale t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb sot\u00ebm nuk duhet ta l\u00ebm\u00eb t\u00eb na firojn\u00eb gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs shkollore \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb nga objektivat\u00a0 e reform\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme arsimore. Ndodh shpesh q\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebgjosh nga goja e m\u00ebsuesve e prind\u00ebrve akuza t\u00eb forta si m\u00eb zem\u00ebrim thon\u00eb: &#8220;Jan\u00eb t\u00eb zgjuar , por nuk m\u00ebsojn\u00eb &#8220;.Kjo akuz\u00eb prind\u00ebrore ndaj m\u00ebsuesve l\u00ebshohet nga ata q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb pak ose aspak pun\u00eb p\u00ebr t&#8217;i ndihmuar q\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb q\u00ebndrimin e tyre ndaj m\u00ebsimit. Kjo kategori m\u00ebsuesish e prind\u00ebrish harrojn\u00eb se shoq\u00ebria e sotme shqiptare\u00a0 i\u00a0 ka thirrur pik\u00ebrisht ata q\u00eb t`i edukojn\u00eb edhe k\u00ebta nx\u00ebn\u00ebs me shpirtin e disiplin\u00ebs shkencore n\u00eb m\u00ebsim. Psiko &#8211; pedagog\u00ebt kan\u00eb \u00a0provuar se po\u00a0 t\u00eb orientohen mir\u00eb\u00a0 edhe mjaft nga k\u00ebta f\u00ebmij\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb kap\u00ebrcyer v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb. M\u00ebsuesit n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me prind\u00ebrit duhet t\u00eb punojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t`i kalitur vullnetin nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve , q\u00eb t\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrballojn\u00eb edhe vet\u00eb kryerjen e detyrave m\u00ebsimore jet\u00ebsore n\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"SQ\" xml:lang=\"SQ\">Kjo k\u00ebrkes\u00eb vler\u00ebsohet si shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme dhe\u00a0 b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb kultur\u00ebn e re t\u00eb t\u00eb nx\u00ebnit. E par\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim me keqardhje v\u00ebrejm\u00eb aty k\u00ebtu n\u00eb shkolla, ku mjaftohen edhe me akuza (k\u00ebta jan\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebs q\u00eb nuk m\u00ebsojn\u00eb). Dhe s&#8217;b\u00ebjn\u00eb asgj\u00eb konkrete p\u00ebr t&#8217;i ndihmuar . \u00cbsht\u00eb fatkeq\u00ebsi e madhe kur f\u00ebmij\u00ebt bien n\u00eb duar t\u00eb disa prind\u00ebrve dhe m\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb till\u00eb. Prind\u00ebrit e m\u00ebsuesit nuk duhet t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqen nga v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb paraqet puna m\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontigjent nx\u00ebn\u00ebsish, sepse po t\u00eb punohet mir\u00eb vjen nj\u00eb dit\u00eb kur ata shp\u00ebrthejn\u00eb. Mjafton t\u00eb kujtojm\u00eb\u00a0 edhe Ajnshtajnin q\u00eb \u00a0deri n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 9 &#8211; vje\u00e7are nuk fliste normalisht.
